Advanced Collision

Fantastic place. Great work and ready when promised. They also send text as the work progresses. UPDATE 5-27-2022 Once again I had to use them for another problem. Great service and prompt as usual. Anyone who has to use a repair shop should give Advanced Collision on Gunbarrel Road a try, they are great!

After my car was damaged by the Easter tornado, we took it to Advanced Collision for repair. They had it for three weeks and got it back to me right on time! My beautiful car looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside and made it smell nice. It's absolutely perfect. Thank you, guys! Words can't describe how appreciative I feel.

Took my car in for repairs for a pretty good dent on the back of it. The people at the front desk were super friendly, kind, and welcoming! They did a wonderful job and got my car looking as good as new and the keys back in my hands in just two days! Love that they also provided a courtesy car wash as well so your car is extra clean when you get it back. I definitely recommend Advanced Collision! They make a process which can often be a burden super smooth.

I can't believe how fast my truck was fixed! Took my truck on Monday, got it back on Wednesday morning. Debra was so helpful! They did an amazing job.

Super not satisfied with the work. They got the job done but did not pay attention to the small details. After I got the car back the head lights were messed up and the bumper was not even. Also for the second fix I was quoted 2 to 3 hours and that changed to all day work. Its just annoying. I don't know why they rushed the car out in the first place. I may be over looking issues but it would have been nice for these to have been explained to me.

Always very easy to deal with these guys. Their work is excellent. They even fixed a scratch that I didn't even mention and my car wasn't there for. No extra charge. Then they washed and vacuumed my car. No extra charge. Amazing.

Great service. Work seemed fine, I don't know enough to judge that. But I can rate the customer service. Marty was excellent. I had an issue with payment completely no fault of Advanced Collision. Marty bent over backwards to get it all worked out. Between email and follow up phone calls his communication was amazing. Hope I never have need of body and paint work again but if I do I will be going here!

I had a very positive experience with Advanced Collision. I was able to be picked up by a car rental service and drop the rental off there when my car was complete. Customer service is excellent. They worked with my insurance company to get my car fixed. They communicated when to drop off and pick up my car. And the work on the car itself was perfect. And I'm a perfectionist. So thank you all for a great job.

These guys made getting my car fixed a breeze. My car looked great when I got it back. I was even able to drop my rental car off with them, and I didn't have to drive the rental back to Hertz myself and then get a ride to the body shop. I highly recommend Advanced Collision if you want quality customer service, body repair, and updates about your vehicle during the repair process.

Justin and the guys at advanced collision really came through with the repairs to my truck. The color match on the paint job was perfect. I had a custom built storage system that they rebuilt was re-assembling the truck and also upgraded me to a bullet liner on it. I had custom vinyl decals on the rear fenders and they had new ones printed and cut for me exactly like the decals thaf were there.

That impressed me. Another great feature was the text message update system they have. I received personalized updates via text throughout the entire process. 5 stars because that is the most they will let me give. Great job guys.
