I'm tedious and meticulous and John was patient in dealing with my concerns and reassuring me every step of the way. He understood me as he is the same way himself! He never brushed me off no matter how busy he was, he always took my phone call and sent me pictures throughout the process. You have to understand, this is 12 year old paint. He faded the new paint into the old paint perfectly, so you can't tell where it starts/ends. John is courteous, patient and professional and he keeps a clean shop. I highly recommend him.

Highly recommend! After an unfortunate accident, I looked up places that I would take my car too. I am so glad I chose advanced collision specialist. John treated my car like it was his own. Car drives like new and have had no issues so far. He called 2 weeks after returning the car to make sure everything was running smoothly. If I were to get in another incident (which I hope I don't) I would choose him again, no doubt. Great work!

I had a minor dent on a trim piece of a brand new car. I visited John and he took just a few minutes to understand what part needed to be ordered and took pictures of the vin number, the part, etc. A week later he called to say the part was in and I took the car in this morning. Within three hours he called to say the car was done and boom! It looks brand new again.

This was a minor repair but John treated me as an important customer. And his shop is so clean and sparkling, you won't believe you're in a body shop! A clean shop means a person who is really on top of details - exactly who you want taking care of your vehicle.

I brought my car in for body work and spoke with John in regards to what needed to be done. I was very impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail and the work that needed to be performed.
