Very positive experiences with this place. Took my car in for brakes work / inspection and new tires. Told me my brakes were in good shape and got two tires put on and alignment done. It's good to have a place you trust to get work done.

Prices are good but the wait is not worth it. The previous owners were a lot better.

Took my C10 to both the old and new locations. Took great care of my vehicle on both occasions and did quality, timely work. Definitely bringing them work again if needed in the future. Services: Brakes, General repairs & maintenance

They kept my car for three days. Each night i went by and my car was secured inside the gate. They performed repairs and got me running again. I thought I was going to have to get a new car before I took it into them. They did great work. I even referred him to two people. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worth Auto was awesome! We have been using them for over 25 years! However there is a new owner at Worth's; I pray that they will still do great work, quickly & efficiently as possible as with the original owner!

I always feel welcomed when I go. Great convo and overall atmosphere. Does excellent work. I will definitely continue to support these guys. Been going for my regular oil changes. Really need a tune up and will be going here (as soon as I get the money) Thanks guys for everything!

If I could give this crew more than 5 stars I would. The customer service was impeccable and extended beyond any measures taken to accomondate a consumer. The shop has true integrity and tell you exactly what is true. I appreciated the entire staffs commradrie. I came in after being misguided and rob by a mechanic. I left with a vehicle I actually feel safe driving. If you are looking for an honest mechanic shop this is a great location. Thank you again team for fixing my car!

Went to Tony 4 years ago for an oil change. Have been going there for all my mechanical needs since. Great work, honest and dependable. I got to know all the mechanics there and they are great folks! By all means, .see Tony!

Was told at Kauffman Tire that i had a power steering leak and was quoted a pretty hefty price - somewhere between $400.00 to $1000.00 which didn't sit well with me. In a conversation later that day and a family member mentioned GP Automotive for doing great work fast. Gave them a call and took my car in describing the issue - not even an hour later i got call back saying - I had no leak and that something in my steering column needed lubricating which cost me about a tank of gas. maybe even less than that. the fact that I got a fast and HONEST diagnosis may have just made me a customer for life.

My daughter brought her 2000 Lincoln LS to this repair shop FOUR times for the exact same issue. The engine overheats, steam comes out from under the hood, then the vehicle shuts off. GP Automotive was recommended to my daughter & she took it there to be repaired. They assured her they could handle the issue & get it fixed with minimum downtime. First time he replaced the thermostat "$200".

She towed it back with the same issue. Second time - Paul replaced the coolant fan hydraulic tank PLUS he decided to charge her an extra $15 above the agreed-upon estimate. Total cost for that visit $306.73. I personally picked up her car from GP Automotive after the 2nd time & I drove it on the hwy for 20 minutes (when it normally fails). Guess What?

I am now sitting on the side of a major Atlanta interstate waiting for a tow truck after having just paid for repairs. I immediately called the mechanic who worked on her car (Paul) & he explained to me that he could not find the problem, so he started going down a laundry list of items that this car typically has problems with because those are the most suspect items. Caveat emptor.

These guys are crooks! they tried to charge my neighbor $120 for 4 sparkplugs and changed her oil and shorted her a quart! and they didnt even wash their hands when they drove her car out of the bay! very unprofessional! i cant say enough about how disgusted with them i am! terrible!

This local auto repair shop was recommended to us by a couple colleagues. Paul is fair, honest, and helpful, and has always done a fantastic job with tune-ups and minor to medium repairs (we haven't needed his help with anything huge, knock on wood) and works very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else here on the southside.
