Excellent overall experience with a recent body and paint repair of my 2011 CRV. Deanna at the front always friendly and helpful on all interactions. Ricky Eve very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Original estimate from insurance was low. Saw firsthand how Ricky interacted with adjuster over the phone skillfully and in a professional manner to get proper repair amount authorized and paid.

Final repair (paid by insurance) ended up being significantly more than the initial insurance estimate. One example, Ricky was able to get authorized a much better repair approach on a door (new skin instead of just dent removal and body filler alternative offered by insurance initially). I also greatly appreciated how Premier shared photos of the work as it was in progress and kept me informed of timeline. Not my first time dealing with a repair facility. By far the best overall experience though.

I was very pleased with the work this Shop gave me. A driver hit my car when they pulled out a parking spot, which cracked my headlight, bent my fender, scraped my bumper, and broke my heart. but its 100% now. They were able to get all the repairs done in 2 weeks. And with the manufacturing industry being slammed, I was amazed. Rick Eve has an energetic, personable, honest personality.

From the day I got the quote, to the day I got my car back I was very pleased with the service I received. Every step of the way I was receiving updates on what was getting done. There was always a call, email, or text if something needed additional time and he explained why. I don't believe I had to ask too many questions since his communication was so good! Quality of work is 10/10 and did an AMAZING Job! They replaced my rear bumper/ painted and repainted the roof. Left it looking like glass! Customer service was A+++ Ricky always kept me updated when not even the insurance company would.
