The dealer quoted me $12,700 to replace a transmission on a 2015 with only 70k miles. MBT took the time to drive and accurately analyze the problem and fixed it for less than 1/10th the dealer's quote. David also took the time to drive me and explain exactly what was going on and how they fixed it without replacing the transmission. They treated me like I was a close relative. They are in my opinion the best Mercedes mechanics in the state.

Was looking at a car out of state and chose to use MBT of Atlanta to do a PPI on an E63 AMG a local dealer had for sale. The technician doing my PPI took the time to call me on the phone and even face time me to show me issues that the dealer had concealed. He was very clear and thorough and I was able to use this information to make the right decision concerning the car in question.

I must say this place was so professional and fast. I was highly impressed by the way they serviced me as a walk in with no wait. I came in at 8:15 and was out before 9am. This place ROCKS! I took my 300GLC into a reputable European mechanic business in Buckhead and their diagnosis related a fuel injection replacement at over $3000. MBT diagnosis related it was merely use of low grade gas and it's impact on my engine for under $300. Most of use place a lot of faith in these shops given we do not know much about the engines, and therefore, we are misled a lot of times into doing things not necessary. MBT showed me you can trust in a mechanic and I thank them for that. Lifelong customer after my experience with them!

The Great Master Technicians at this business replaced the auxiliary battery in my mercedes cla 250 a week ago and I haven't had any problems. The auxiliary battery malfunction light came on. The eco function did not crank my car up when pressing on the gas. That problem happened only once. I went to MBT because my car shop shutdown for a week. MBT work is quality.
The owner drove my car until it reset to ensure my happiness and I am extremely happy I chose MBT. I was impressive with the 5.0 rating. Quinn has good customer service. All workers were great. I will use MBT again. Thanks

The people there really care about your car and providing excellent customer service. I purchased a pre own Mercedes-Benz from a dealer. I took it to Mercedes-Benz tech for an oil change and filter change. They told me some one had already change the oil and replace the filter, therefore I didn't need to get it done until atleast another 3-5k miles. That's whst I call honesty and integrity. They could have taken my money and I would have never known. This is my new shop for life.

I had my car picked up and sent to a different shop and they told me I needed a rebuilt transmission for my s550. I didn't like the diagnosis so I had the tech guys to go to that shop and pick it up. They did the same day. Told me about my differential problem and fixed it for a fraction of the cost of the wrong transmission diagnosis. They even gave me a coupon to get a free car wash! I'm never going to another shop again.

If you want a reliable and dependable car, you have to maintain it well. So I took my car to MBT for my Schedule B. It was done at the scheduled appointment time, no delay on it. I like the service here as the shop was very clean, the work was outstanding and management team was professional. What needs to be done was explained to me in detail. All the parts were OEM parts that was installed.
Can't get any better than that. If there is anything that needs to be done, the tech will inform you. If it can wait, they will let you know that too. There was no pressure to work on things that can wait till later. David is knowledgeable and attentive to his customers. He tells you exactly what the issues are. The front desk has excellent customer service as well. I would highly recommend coming here to have your car serviced so it can serve you for many more years.

I Came to Mercedes Benz Tech to get a key remade because I lost my key, find out they are authorized to order me a key and programmed, not only that, I had a few issues with my windows which they fixed the issue with out me noticing it until next day. I love this place!!! Rarely do you hear people say they trust a mechanic but I 100% trust these guys. They know their stuff!!! I been here several times with my car. Their prices are very reasonable everyone is friendly and courteous. And what I love the most is that when the work is done if you want to go back and see what they have done to your car they will gladly walk you back show you the old parts the new parts and answer any questions you might have. I come all the way from the Southside but it's worth the drive.

These guys are amazing in their service, their knowledge, as well as pricing. I came in without an appointment and they took me, despite being an appointment only business. They are always packed and I can see why! They saved me a lot of money on servicing my Benz. They used original Mercedes parts and were very fast and honest. Didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I had them also do some repairs and it didn't void my warranty and they even gave me a one year warranty on the work they did. I will definitely keep going to them instead of the dealer for all my needs with my car. I really appreciate it guys.
