In 2016, after years of success in the automotive service business, Earl and his wife Dixie turned their focus to their classic car restoration business, Randall Rods, and sold Earl's Quality Car Care to Joel and Laura Cheek. Joel and Laura have continued the philosophy of first-class service while strengthening the shop's technical capability.
Our business takes quality and customer service seriously. As a NAPA AutoCare Center, we follow a strict Code of Ethics so customers will know up front what to expect. Perform high-quality diagnostic and repair services at a fair price, using quality NAPA parts. Exercise reasonable care for the customer's property while it is in the shop's possession.
R134 and R1234YF service offered. Earl's Quality Car Care was the first repair shop in Peachtree City to offer R1234YF service and have more experience in R1234YF than any shop in the area. I had the 97 Yukon that's been there for the last month and a half. Not y'all's fault once so ever. Actually earls told me everything thats happened instantly and we took our time deciding what to do with our vehicle. Once we decided. Earls was amazing and helping diagnose the fuel injectors on it causing the misfire. Also with the fully overhauled transmission. You guys have been truly awesome.

I guess I am what you would call a car enthusiasts. I have trusted Earl's Quality Car Care with all my cars (too many to mention) for the past 20 years. Regardless of what you own or need repaired they can be trusted to do the job right the first time. If there should be an issue afterwards, they make it right regardless. I had taken my car to a friend's professional shop prior to coming to Earl's but because of a problem in scheduling, I had to have the work done elsewhere. Earl's decided an entirely different diagnosis that was half the cost my friend would have charged me. I was impressed with their expertise; the issue is now resolved. Customer service was phenomenal. It was so quick and easy. Highly recommend.

My car was towed to this business upon the AAA driver's suggestion. I wasn't expecting much in the way of service and professionalism. I rarely do from car shops. I was completely wrong. I worked with a female named Kim. She was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job with providing me with details and status updates. A male assisted me when I picked up my vehicle so I thought that was the end of the pleasant ride.
He proved me wrong. They replaced the clutch and transmissions in my Kia Soul. I've only had my car back for a day but I was able to instantly feel the difference in the ride. They also provided me with a warranty on the parts and labor. Please keep providing this level of service. It absolutely makes a difference and means a great deal to some people. I will bypass the businesses in my area (Fayetteville) to return my vehicle here.
