For all of my Massachusetts friends, I cannot recommend highly enough Apex Auto Body in Stoughton. Sean McKiernan is the owner and he is astonishingly thoughtful and competent. I just picked up my 2009 Toyota Highlander, and he did an exceptional job on the body damage I have been driving around for two years (because I keep backing into a snowbank when I leave our garage, and had shredded the bumper in multiple places).

Not only did he do a perfect job on the damage, but the price was terrific! He returned the car to me thoroughly washed on the outside and vacuumed and dusted on the inside. And there was no heavy cleaning fluid smell, either! That was a complete surprise. He made the entire thing easy and wonderful, and it was on time as predicted. He even had to correct mistakes made by another auto body shop (that will remain nameless), which mistakes with the wrong paint color caused his team additional work - but when I offered to pay for that unexpected challenge, he said not to worry about it. Just got my car fixed up and they were great! Sean was friendly and helpful. Treated me like a person not a woman that can be talked into spending more on things not needed. Parts came in quick and car was fixed in less than a week! Used a rental from them and the process was so easy. Clean and friendly atmosphere all around. Definitely recommend and I will be returning as needed in the future.

Sean was extremely friendly and accommodating. He worked around my schedule from dropping off my car to get fixed to picking it up. The aftermath was perfect & the pricing was better than all of the shops I went to. My car door looked as good as new. I will definitely recommend and I will go to them again if I need to fix anything else in my car.

My car has had some pretty terrible luck over the past year. First the front of the car was ripped off and the second time it was rear-ended. A friend recommended Apex after the first accident. I had a great experience getting my car fixed up here! The staff were incredibly kind and communicative- giving me updates along the way. They were done when they said they'd be done. In addition, the pricing was very fair and they even had rental car options. I will be coming here from now on!

Decided to use apex for the first time I've ever had to put my car in for body work. Had a more than pleasant experience. They got me right into a rental which was clean and well taken care of! The owner Sean got my car taken care of in a short amount of time and even had it cleaned for me when I picked it up! They really go out of their way for the customers and I would recommend them to anyone in need of getting body work done! Apex Auto Body is five stars. Sean is knowledgable, honest and all work is high quality. In addition his customer service is great - kind, professional and helps with all of the insurance paperwork. I couldn't ask for anything more and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. March 2017 update: Back again for a bumper fix and another 5 star experience. Brought the car in on a Tuesday where there was a rental warmed up & waiting. Picked up the car 2 days later and my car looked shiny & new. Fantastic job on the car, a pleasure to work with and deals directly with the insurance company. Flawless experience on all fronts.

Simply put, Sean and the boys do excellent work. Sean was very upfront, straight forward and took his time going through the fine details of the job I was looking to have done. Since I did not have the ordinary collision repair but more of a "custom" job, Sean was very attentive to what I was looking to have done and was very helpful and clear on how we were going to achieve that goal.

I lost track of all the little extra things they did. I've gotten nothing but compliments on the new paint job/body work and I myself cannot be happier with it. The prices are extremely fair, there is no haggling involved or even necessary. If you're looking for a shop that does not cut corners and is proud to stand by their work then this shop is for you. I will definitely repeat business with Apex Auto. Excellent job A+!

I went to Apex a few months ago and agree with all the other five stars reviews and their content: Sean does excellent work and does not financial gouge or take advantage of his clients. Without a doubt the most ethical, conscientious repair shop I've been to - both a rare find and a godsend. I'm glad I found this place and he definitely has my repeat business.
