Needed my hook lift truck towed from Brockton to Walpole and called Lynch's Towing. From the time that I called to getting it towed to its destination with no issues or concerns. I hate to say this but I brought my vehicle in for a sticker and after I left I noticed scrape marks down the side of it. It looks like they may have tried to make them less noticeable with some polishing compound because they left that on the side of the vehicle too. It looks like they scraped it maybe getting too close to tow truck or piece of equipment. I wish they just let me know and maybe apologized opposed to say nothing.

I don't normally post reviews, but after having been stuck in a broken down car today in search of a tow- I was informed by Lynch's that they would not tow me due to them wanting to only be reserved for police calls. The women on the other end was argumentative and unpleasant, stating that potential highway accidents take precedence over my current scenario.

She complained that roads are currently "dangerous" as we have icy rain today. After finding a tow truck company who was happy to help (Leonard's in Taunton) I am en route home and the roads are totally fine, no accidents, no ice. If you're looking for a tow to come help you out when you need it, this is not the place.

They towed our vehicle from the scene of an accident and gave us the run around when we requested it to be picked up from the body shop that would be repairing the vehicle. First, they wouldn't accept our payment for the charges, they insisted that the insurance had to pay them. Once we got the claim number from the insurance they had excuse after excuse of when the vehicle could be picked up. They kept the vehicle has long as they could to collect storage fee from our insurance company.

We received a sweater from the towing service in 2004, it was a gift for my father who was visiting from Germany. He still wears this all the time. He does not want to wear anything else. Five starts given for effective and clear dispatch communication. The driver Travis was awesome and kept me informed every step of the way. The over all service I gave a four star due to the fact the wait was about an hour and was not informed on the wait time. Would recommend service and towing has reasonable pricing. My roadside assistance with my car insurance gave up and couldn't find me a tow on a busy Friday night. I remembered Lynch's near my house in Brockton and called them. They came in 30 minutes and we're fairly priced. I don't think I've ever seen someone hook up a car so fast but the driver didn't miss a hook and just was efficient. He told me how to get reimbursed by my insurance company and was off to another call. Friendly driver and operator at the company. I am very appreciative of the rescue and will definitely call Lynch's again when my cat hahaha down again!

Amazing service! The guy taking calls made me feel special comforted. They arrived within the hour, changed my tire and made sure I was not shut down with kids in traffic. Thank you

I called lynches I needed a TNC Inspection, the guy said we're open and to come on by. I walked inane six guys that work there were sitting around doing nothing I asked for the inspection the guy ( I guess the boss) said "we're all on lunch come back at one".seriously! that's the way you do business, that's the way you treat your customers!

I understand you need lunch but you need to take care of your customers as well I will never go back there for anything Well John when go into a place that provides a service you expect to get that service not a bunch of guys sitting around doing nothing but I guess you don't need the business! And In the future maybe you should stagger your employees lunch hours so you don't have that problem again so not to inconvenience your customers around YOUR lunch time!

Had my car towed there and did not bring the key had and argument with my father in front of the tow truck driver and raised the price to another day of storage i am 23 years old and the manager told me to shut up he's not speaking to a child and would have me taken away in cuffs if i was there when the tow truck driver arrived to open the gate definitely would not recommend this company disrespectful and rude

Getting a tow is never a good experience, mike picked me up on 24. Took extra care to make sure my motorcycle was secure and even dropped me off at home after dropping off my motorcycle. Overall I hope you don't need a tow but if you do lunch towing was reliable fast and great service. Mike made very light of a stressful situation. Thank you.

Not being familiar with the Brockton area, I was, needless to say, quite frantic when my less than new car died on Route 24. Being alone & on a busy dark highway, I was glad I had my cell phone to Google towing companies. Fortunately Lynch's was close by & within 15 min I had the nicest driver come & save the day! He quickly reassured me that I was going to be safe & that he could make the repair right there on the spot! He made me laugh & at the same time was so professional. Just want to say Thanks again to Lynch's for being such a professional & prompt company!

Was stuck on Rt 24, called Lynch's towing & spoke to a young lady whom was very helpful and professional. She had a truck out to tow me within 20 min. The driver was very helpful & I felt very at ease with his professionalism. The speed & efficiency with which the entire encounter happened, helped me forget that I was dealing with a broken down car! But, even that wasn't a problem because Lynch's has a service facility & they were able to make the repair that day! Can't say enough about the excellent customer service & about the whole crew all the way around!

This place absolutely blows beyond belief, I Ann writing this while waiting to be towed, called 2 hours ago have called 2 time asking when they would be here and they keep saying Driver is on the way person on phone is rude, Lynch's can suck my ass

I called for service and they said in an hour. When I called again to get ETA after 50 minutes, they got mad and told me to get somebody else. Very rude!

I've had these guys tow a few cars for me and they are quick to respond, fair priced and professional. Can't ask for much more!

Horrible service. My car was in an accident and i called to see how much it would be to release and possibly tow my car to the repair shop. Called back to see if i needed cash or a check and they told me the tow would be 100 dollars more then the original price. Naturally i was a little upset but as soon as i told the man i was going to use a different company to tow my car back he gave me an attitude.

I was told all i needed was a signed check and it would be released. I get a phone call from my towing company telling me they wont release my car. Basically they were trying to delay the process so that the car would stay there longer and they would make more money off the storage fees. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would of gave them no stars if the rating system let me. Please use someone else! You'll thank me later!
