They're amazing over here, the front staff (Nancy) is so easy to talk to and great at communicating with you. Andre does great work, I will continue to bring my vehicles back for any work I need done!

I would 100 percent reccomend this place to anyone who needs any sort of auto body repair. They are amazing people with compassion and understanding. Not only are they there for their customers but they do amazing work. i feel confident leaving my car with them.

Andre the owner was very professional and Nancy his sister were very helpful and both were very friendly, my car was brought in for Vandalism repairs by my insurance and my bumper needed paint due to spider cracks in my paint however, I could not afford for that repair and they surprised me when I arrived! My bumper was fully painted and my car looks it's greatest now!

Very friendly, easy going place to get your car repaired. My tailgate got damaged and had minor damage to it. Asked the first place I went to to give me an estimate on how much to just bang the damage out. They wanted to replace the tailgate. No way! Went here to ask the same thing and it was repaired for under $100. It's not perfect but it doesn't need to be.

Always had good experiences here. Brought my daughters car here too and they did a very nice job and made my daughter's experience with dealing with something like this very relaxing for her. Highly recommend Western Mass Collision.

Andre is great. His team is super knowledgeable and their attention to detail is second to none. I am a repeat customer (not my fault) and I trust them for all of my auto collision needs. You can't get any better service or results than Western Mass Collision.

Had to have some trim painted. The employee who came out to check it out was awesome. He was very personable and a joy to talk to. He was up front and honest. Told me that some times when they paint these parts they don't take to good and may look different then rest of vehicle. Nice to see some people who take pride in doing their jobs. When got the parts back they did an awesome job. If I ever need body work done on a vehicle I will make sure to go here. Keep up the awesome work.

I've brought 2 different cars here and the service is great. The women at the front are super friendly and the mechanics are honest and upfront. Also, they cleaned my car for me before returning, and were great about working with my insurance in a timely fashion.

I originally chose to bring my 2002 Honda Civic to Western Mass Collision because they are conveniently located near my work. After seeing how fantastic my new hood looks, I am very glad I did! The color is the perfect shade of blue, it's well matched to the surrounding fenders and bumper, and it's polished to a brilliant shine. They even gave my car a much-needed interior vacuuming.

I've never needed body work done before, and I was anxious about the process. However, Nancy and Andre were helpful, fast, and incredibly friendly. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night and it was ready Tuesday evening. If I ever need body work again, I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere except Western Mass Collision.
