We are a full service facility offering not only glass services, but also Massachusetts state inspection services and Checkpoint pre-insurance inspections. Affordable Auto Glass has continually grown and expanded due to our never ending quest to offer the best service in the industry.
Affordable Auto Glass performs thousands of safe auto glass replacements every year throughout Western Massachusetts. In most cases, it's the windshield that's damaged but we also replace a lot of side windows, rear windows and sunroofs. We use only factory-authorized glass from industry-approved sources, such as PPG and LOF.
In cases of minor breakage, a windshield repair - instead of a full replacement - can often restore the integrity of the glass and prevent it from spreading, and improve optical clarity. Once a repair is complete, there will be some residual scarring where the glass was filled with the bonding agent but for the most part the repair will be 80% less visible depending on the type of break.
Affordable auto glass is a licensed Emmision and safety test facility (sticker). You do not need to have glass work done to have an inspection. All inspections are done on a walk in basis and cost $35. If you are having a glass replaced and need a sticker we can do that at the same time as your appointment.

I went in for a state inspection and was blown away by how fast they took care of it. Michael Stone is good people. Came in for inspection, he stated a third brake light was out (news to me), and rather than do what the Firestone on Boston Road did (charge me $12 for a two-pack of bulbs, then only replace one), he replaced it for free and told me to have a nice day. Very professional. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is they don't tell you state inspections don't start until 8am, so I sat in the parking lot for a over a half hour (opens 730am),e ven though no other cars came in.

I have used Affordable Auto Glass throughout the years for state inspections and windshield replacements. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They scheduled me quickly for my latest windshield replacement (having bad luck with rocks propelled into my windshield) and performed it in a timely manner while keeping me apprised during the process.

I have been going to Affordable Auto Glass for years to get my vehicles inspected and they've been great. But just recently, I had to have my windshield replaced due to a rock that flew up on the highway. I immediately called Affordable Auto Glass and spoke to Sarah. She was very professional and helpful. She informed me that there was national shortage on my replacement windshield that it could take weeks if not months to get one.
She then told me that she would do her best to get one as soon as possible. Honestly, I figured I wouldn't hear from her for quite awhile. To my surprise, Sarah called me within a few days and said that she was able to locate one and scheduled me to get in a few days later. Once I arrived for my appointment, they had a loaner car ready and got me on my way within minutes.
A few hours later, Sarah called to let me know my truck was ready. Not only did they replace my windshield but they also vacuumed out my car. Their professionalism and attention to detail is truly appreciated and the reason that I will be a customer for life.

These people here are awesome and very fast. I get my inspections here now for 2 years now and they never seem to stop exceeding my expectations. Billy is probably an angel lol, he went the extra mile and replaced my break light that went out and a signal light that I had no idea that was out and passed my car's inspection.
