The BEST mechanic shop, I've ever experienced! Helpful, beyond words.reasonably priced and incredibly fair with the work that needed done on my vehicle. And I had a ton of work-around challenges that included somehow transporting a 100 lb Golden Retriever, that had nothing to do with my repairs needed :) They accommodated all the things! I am very leery of auto shops and I cannot speak higher of this team! Thank you, Tom, Jeanine, Steve, Luis, Mark.everyone who helped me this week! I wish I could give them 100 stars :)

Been using this shop for about 8 years now, and love it! I never really trusted or used shops much - did nearly all of my own work because of decades of overpriced shops that are hacks. These people are professional, priced right, and are trustworthy. They do an A++ job, and have sent my family here with awesome experiences. I won't go anywhere else!

Recently had my Honda Pilot serviced at ECA. Steve and team did an outstanding job. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional and fairly priced. No hesitation to recommend for any auto repair.

My 2011 mustang was vibrating when driven over 70mph. I took it to 2 other auto shops plus a dealer & the problem was not fixed. I took it to east coast auto & they diagnosed & fixed the problem quickly with a very reasonable price. The staff were knowledgeable & friendly. My car now runs like new again. Thankyou.

My experience was impeccable from start to finish. The Sales Representative was professional, knowledgeable and made an excellent recommendation for the replacement of my unit. The replacement cost for my unit was within my budget. The unit was installed as scheduled. The installers did a flawless job. They were exceptional and didn't take any short cuts. They were experts. My home is very comfortable. I appreciate ECM and recommend them highly.

I am so incredibly happy I went with East Coast automotive services for a new transmission. I almost went with a different transmission company down the street and I am very glad that I didn't. They go above and beyond the average automotive shop. After I paid and was ready to check out, they insisted to replace a oil screw to stop the leak that had nothing to do with the work they did. That goes to show the kind of company and people they are.

I have utilized the services of East Coast Automotive for a few years now. I have a Honda Element of which I have grown fond, and this facility has done an admirable job of keeping it in top condition. My wife's Lexus is now out of warranty and they have been maintaining it as well. I have found the owners to be honest and accommodating, providing professional and exceptional service.

Their pricing is fair and competitive. These qualities are important to me, and can be difficult to come by these days. I would highly recommend this automotive shop. Greg Hill

My car's A/C has been on and off for the last year. 1 day on, 3 weeks off, 20 min on, 2 hrs off. No consistency and didn't want to do another summer without it. I had brought my car to the local Dodge dealer three separate times and they weren't able to fix the issue. Replaced parts, refilled system, no luck. East Coast was recommended to me so I took a chance. They figured out the issue and the A/C is back. The owner Tom was great, and I highly recommend East Coast Automotive for any A/C issue if you are near Jupiter FL.

Just picked my vehicle up after having some warranty work done and I could not be happier. Tom the owner personally took the time to send me an email explaining what needed to be done and the cost involved. I was incredibly impressed that the owner would take the time to do that. That just never happens anywhere else. It demonstrates his level of commitment and the personal care he has for his customers and their satisfaction. I highly recommend East Coast Automotive!
