This was definitely one of my most pleasant experiences at any car dealership. I was only taking my car in for routine maintenance but the staff were extremely polite and helpful (which is not the case at the dealership I used to go to). They were also very, very fast- the entire oil change, fluid check, and (free!) car wash took less than an hour, 1/4 of it what it usually takes at my usual dealership. To top it off, the customer waiting area was very clean, well-furnished, and the bathrooms were nicer than the bathrooms at most hotels.

The people here are so nice and they provide service that's in your best interest and not for their own interest and benefit. I've seen the way they treat their other customers and that's why I stand by my previous statement. For one of my past visits, there was a guy that came in to get something done, and there were so many issues with his car that they were trying to convince him to fix it with different quotes and detailed accounts for what they can do to help for their own safety. These people provide quality service with immense kindness and care towards you and for your vehicle.

Greg, our Salesperson and William, our Finance Person were awesome. Has to be one of the easiest processes we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Even our dog was impressed with their fenced, shaded area and the treats and water. It was well worth the 2.5 hour drive. Greg was super friendly and never pushy. Just like talking with an old friend. Start to finish everything was smooth and simple. Would definately come back for next vehicle.

I purchased the 2017 GMC Canyon from Salesperson Mary Smith. She was very helpful in my decision to purchase said vehicle. It was after I purchased the Canyon that Mary was so helpful by getting me a loaner while Earnhardt Chevrolet repaired a broken computer problem. After a short period of time Mary called and gave me an update on my truck. She said it may take some time to get the parts to repair computer and if interested I could pick up my truck and driven it until the parts came.
After a reasonable amount of time Mary called and updated me on the ordered parts. Earnhardt advised they had one part but were waiting on a second part. Mary kept me updated on my needed part but no fault of hers had not come yet. After a sufficient amount of time Mary checked on missing part and located the part and Company it was ordered from, made a phone call and was advised it was shipped that day. Mary called me and ask me to bring the truck to Earnhardt to have computer repaired and provided me with another loaner. Mary called later that day and said my truck was ready.
I took my loaner back to Proctor Honda and discovered that my truck was already there and Mary was kind enough to go over the different functions of the computer. I am so satisfied with my experience with a salesperson that truly cares about her customer. Mary truly goes that extra mile for her customer! Thank you so much Mary for caring for this customers satisfaction!

My 7 year old car is running better than it ever has been. The whole process was smooth, quick and very pleasant. There was great communication from Chris Glaze throughout the process: appointment making, morning drop off, the analysis call and the pick up. In addition to van's car hood recall concern we had the service team investigate our car's acceleration hesitance, especially around 40-45 mph.
Within 24hrs, they had diagnosed, discussed and repaired this problem along with identifying a few other small issues (of course with our permission)! I'm thankful for their thorough analysis. And I am very grateful for their attitude. Even though we could have/should have had the car evaluated years earlier for this slowly growing problem, the staff NEVER shamed us with their tone or details in this conversation. Good work! Very professional! We will always be a Honda family. One simple request: create an electric Pilot!

We had an excellent experience at this Honda service provider. Our family was traveling and our van started shutting down. We barely limped our way into the service center and they took excellent care of us. Turned out we needed a new alternator (and a few other things). Not only did they have all the parts in stock but they managed to get us out of there and back on the road in about 3 hours (without an appointment!).
The staff was knowledgeable and kind. They made sure we had all we needed. I was also especially thankful for how clean the waiting area was. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

I did a walk-in visit at Proctor Honda today for the 30000 miles checkup on my 2016 Honda Odyssey. They serviced my car without an appointment. They completed it while I waited in the showroom. They washed the car - and had me on my way in less than 2 hours. There were not many new cars outside to examine - and none in the showroom. There was one really nice Pilot available in white.

I had my first oil change today and took my car up without an appointment since they were booked through Monday. I wasn't sure if they'd be able to fit me in today so I had set my expectations to possibly going back tomorrow. They were courteous and efficient and had my car done in an hour and a half, which I'm sure is longer than those with an express service appointment but obviously much shorter than I had expected.
With quite a bit of traveling ahead between now and after Thanksgiving I am very appreciative of knowing my car will be in good order. And for my next visit I will plan better!

I needed regular service on my Honda CRV. I contacted Proctor Honda via Phone to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. The staff member on the phone was pleasant. When I arrived, I was greeted by a kind gentleman, Bruce Ford, ready to assist me. I asked if we could fix the battery in my key as the car indicates it is low. He asked if I needed anything else besides the oil change, tire rotation and battery in key, and I stated no.
I handed the keys and jumped in the hubby's car while they worked on my CRV baby. After a short time, I received a call from Bruce Ford stating my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived Bruce was friendly and very informative about my car inspection from the oil change and tire rotation. I appreciated that. I got in my car to take off and my car indicated the key was low battery.
I went back to Bruce and he quickly took it to service to be fixed. He walked to my car with me to ensure the key was not still sending the low battery indicator on my dashboard. It was fixed this time. Thank you so much Bruce Ford for helping me out today. I will be back.

Proctor Honda hands down has the best service department that I have ever been to. They were knowledgable, helpful, and patient with me. They had clear communication and they were honest. I also received my car back clean after a nice free wash. Sheila was my service advisor and she was amazing! Just a stand up person with good character. This is an awful dealership. Their sales people come off like they are hiding information, get angry when you compare their offers to Blue Book prices, and at one point insisted I pay a ridiculous array of fees and quickly transferred for to a billing or customer service person as if we had reached an agreement. Ironically, this last interchange occurred just when I was going to ask them about all the other bad Yelp reviews that don't sound like their commercials (in other words, their positive reviews sounding like their commercials lead me to suspect more shady practice/reviews by owners or employees).
Not surprised that this was just about the point when the salesman had a tantrum. Hahahahaha. What a joke. Definitely not buying a car from these guys. Oh well, at least I'm glad I came in their suspicious and got the whole story rather than getting screwed. After all, we don't call this place TALLA-NASTY for nuthin!

Called Proctor to get a price on 4 bolts and 4 nuts for the upper control arms on my 2005 Honda S2000. They quoted me $68. After I told the parts guy that I found them online much cheaper, he said that they can't be OEM suspension bolts/nuts. So I told him that I'll pass on these and I called Flowers Honda in Thomasville GA. Gave the parts guy the OEM part numbers and he had them the following day.
Total price was just under $20! Same parts that Proctor priced at $66! So, since I had prepaid oil changes through Honda Care from when I bought my 2018 Accord in LAS Vegas, I decided to use Proctor for this. Oil change went well, service rep was polite and efficient. However, he brought my cabin filter to the waiting room to show me how dirty it was (it was dirty!) and offered to replace it for $45!
I said no thank you and bought 2 very favorably reviewed filters on Amazon for $13 shipped! Took me less than 5 minutes to replace. Obviously Proctor Honda does not care about repeat business - I'll give my business to Flowers Honda in Thomasville GA.

Other dealerships (such as Werner Hyundai) have typical salespeople using all the tricks in the book to force you to make a purchase. Proctor Honda, on the other hand, has genuine people who let you do things at your pace and work hard to give you the best deal they can.
I highly recommend you ask for Greg Miller to assist you in purchasing a vehicle. I also want to specifically praise one of the managers (who's name escapes me). There was a small issue with the interest rate on my loan, and he was so kind and courteous in helping me figure things out. He was an exceptional communicator and helped me work through the issue.

Be wary of this place. High labor charges for jobs completed at dealerships is no surprise. Just know if you get your car fixed here you are going to be paying quite a bit for labor and an up charge for parts. My greater frustration with this place is that despite the high costs: 1) they can never estimate accurately when your car is going to be finished 2) they cannot figure out how to have their phones answered and 3) their technicians aren't responsive if you want to check in for an update. Honda makes a good product, but Proctor Honda does not provide good service. You've been warned.

Let me first say I am still a Honda driver for life. With that out of the way, I will never do business at this dealership for service or otherwise. I had an issue with the battery in my 2017 Civic. They did nothing to help and actually didn't do the rotation and alignment I agreed to have done either. She wrote on my service summary that I declined services suggested.
Nothing about the battery test she claimed they did when I talked to her on the phone. I never post negative reviews because I spent so much of my life in customer service so I can almost always give people the benefit of the doubt. This was over the top the worst interaction I have ever had with any company though. Since this visit I schedule my service with the dealerships back in Jacksonville when I have to go back for work meetings.

Proctor Honda provides excellent service as well as superb vehicles. Allie Biggs is worth a 10+. She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented as well as upbeat and friendly. I recommend her if you need to purchase a car. Joe in the finance office is also a 10+. He's efficient and accurate and provides a high level of customer service.

A few weeks ago, we made an appointment for a repair online. There were openings for the next day and would take the earliest! When I arrived the next morning, a nice, enthusiastic guy outside asked me for my name. He couldn't find my file and looked embarrassed. He recommended that I go inside to figure out what was going on. At the desk, a young man helped me.
He couldn't find my name, either, but then asked if I made the appointment online (who doesn't nowadays?). The issue was that I made the appointment after hours and it wouldn't appear yet. He then gestured to the pile of papers implying many people ahead of me, and said that they wouldn't get to me that day. I'm agreeable and understood, but was disappointed after having made an appointment, felt like I had been a pest for trying.
Before rescheduling, he had me describe the issue, which other mechanics had observed but were puzzled by. It was hard to explain. Meanwhile, an older lady next to him had been squawking at men who seemed to be mechanics and seemed very irritated. She interrupted the guy helping me and had me describe my issue. The conversation just kept getting more awkward as I felt their stares, sure I was sinking further into failure at this place.
She then suggested an easy fix--which had been tried--but this was ignored because she told me--I kid you not--to "Have my daddy or boyfriend try." I'm almost 40. I know I don't look or sound handy, but to say it to me like that! I was so embarrassed. I stood there in disbelief and let the young man reschedule. When I got in the car, I was furious.
A few days later, I called to cancel but they couldn't find my appointment anyway! It was actually kind of funny. I decided that I'll go to the Thomasville dealership. I've heard good things about that place, but didn't want to go that far. Maybe I can make it into a more pleasant day trip than Tennessee Street makes. We've been to Proctor before and the experience had gone well enough, though I did recall that woman behind the counter being a bit unpleasant. She needs to work on her public face. I bought a used Honda Civic, and had a great experience from start to finish. I knew what I wanted, and they didn't try to pressure me into anything else. The process was fairly quick; it took awhile to get the information from the banks regarding the car loans, but that isn't really the dealership's fault, and they were very accommodating.
I actually left the dealership and ran some errands while I was waiting, and they called me as soon as they received the responses from the bank. They cleaned my new car and filled up the tank, and have since followed up with me about the car. They even sent me cookies from a bakery in Tallahassee as a token of their appreciation. Highly recommend!

Phone Customer Service remains non-existent. My CR-V has another Airbag recall, but you won't get an appointment for that unless you are coming here to spend money. Having already had my vehicle diagnosed by my mechanic (& common sense), I knew the power steering pump needed replacing. I scheduled a drop off appointment for my car and asked to have a quote on repairing the pump. I'm told "That will be $55 to diagnose", "I already know the pump needs replacing, just want to know how much it will cost", "It's $55, we will have them look at it".
Next day. I receive a call that my car has two oils leaks, needs new brakes, Needs $1,200 transmission repair ($55 to diagnose as well). and $1,500 power steering pump. I paid over $700 for the oil leaks and brakes. They listed a complimentary car was on my invoice (my car was not washed). Basically I paid $110 to have my airbag recall performed, because had I not come in for other service they would've kept up the charade that they don't have any parts for my vehicle.
They have a lovely show room and charismatic sales staff. My first experience as a new customer compared to my service as a return customer has left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only that, but it burned my tongue! Don't ask them to diagnose anything, they'll probably do it anyway.

My son, a Florida State University student, dropped off his car this afternoon to have an airbag recall done. Shortly thereafter, I received a call in Pennsylvania, that he needs a new starter and the car won't start. The car NEVER had any trouble starting. This is bull. I am calling the Better Business Bureau.

The fact that I'd rather drive 110 miles one way to Proctor Honda in Tallahassee when my Accord needs servicing rather than 50 miles to Bay Honda in Panama City should tell you a lot about the higher quality of customer care offered by Proctor. Every employee at every level offers friendly, courteous professional service without fail. I've never experienced anyone here "having a bad day".

The service is impeccable. It's what you think Honda service should be. There's no cutting corners and by the looks of it, staff retention seems way above average in terms of length of employment. The waiting area is well lit, amply chaired and abundantly stocked with varied magazines. Making a day of it with kids in tow? Things could be far worse without the cool playroom with toys and electronics.
Not at all overbearing, but absolutely service oriented - these folks offer hot/cold beverages and the snack bar could substitute as a mess Hall for our more impoverished student body - I.e., all four food groups appear represented and there's a broad range to choose from (if dining or snacking here is your thing). All in all - big thumbs up!

As usual, I had a great experience at Proctor Honda when I got the routine service completed on my Accord. I scheduled an appointment on their website, showed up, and waited while they took care of my car. I sat at one of their business desks, connected to wifi, and was able to work. They let me know as soon as the car was ready, explained what was done.
They gave me a heads up on future brake work that will need to be done and an estimate of when I'll need to do it. Great for planning and budgeting. They even washed the car.

Slow. Uncourteous. Two words to best describe service there. My wife and I both have Honda's. Both times we have brought our cars in, it has turned in to an entire day or more event. They say if you leave your car overnight they will get it in first thing in the morning. Doesn't mean anything. Oil change still took more than 4 hours. I believe they over schedule to keep the business. It's not right.
I had an airbag recall. I called in January to put my name on the list. I literally called 6 plus months later and they told me, "they were getting ready to call me." Ya right. They forgot and I had to keep on them. Dropped my car off for the airbags the day before, once again it was going to be serviced. Was told again- will be done first thing. Called at 10---not done.
They called me at 12 to tell me it needed brake pads. I asked what happened to my airbags and he replied, "oh." Finally picked up my car at 2 after I not only dropped off my car the day before, and had an appointment. This place is beyond slow with service, and for major things I go to other Honda dealers in the state to avoid the headaches and frustration.
Service people are probably under pressure to get as many cars and business in, but simple things shouldn't take a day or more to get resolved. I'm done with this place.
