You want your damaged vehicle repaired by the best, this is the place to take it! I took my vehicle in on a Monday and yes it was completed on Friday of the same week, Doug went out of his way to get my vehicle back to me as I had a fishing trip planned and to rent a vehicle from Enterprise it would have cost me $628.56. I got the vehicle back washed repaired and ready to go. My thanks to Doug, Mary and all at Down River Body Works!

AWESOME people to do business with. Doug is super nice professional and honest. I'm extremely happy with the work done on my vehicle. The communication was great as well, they even got my truck done way before expected. They don't price gouge and they make you feel your vehicle is just as important to them as it is to you. My daughter was in an accident the end of July. City Tow driver tells her that there's a great, reasonable collision shop a couple of miles away that can give her a LOANER VEHICLE. Come to find out that not only did they not have any loaner vehicles but the tow truck that came on site was actually an employee of the collision shop. The driver was acting as if he was a separate entity and was helping out, all the while scamming.

We get there and talk to the owner who is not only fast talking and making broken promises but never carry through with anything that he said. The car has been there for two months without any work whatsoever so we decided to take it to another location. End up with a bill for over $500 for a tow that was less than 3 miles. Avoid the scamming con artist at all costs. If you're not using insurance they'll play you!

Downriver Body Works is simply the best! I would not take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I have taken 2 of my vehicles in 3 separate times and had a wonderful experience each time. Doug is very friendly, professional and best of all, honest. Their prices are very fair and they will work with you as best they can. They will have your vehicle in and out very quickly as well!

Honest, professionals and amazing people. I gave my car for repair and I haven't only received it back way earlier than the promised date, I paid less money than the initial estimate as well. No difference at all between the pre-damage and after-repair of my 2020 Toyota Camry. The level of customer service was stellar. I highly recommend Down River Body shop to anyone in need of Auto Repair. And I mean it!

If you need ANY job done, this is your place. I was blown away with the outstanding customer service I received from Doug and everyone at Downriver Body Works. They treated me like family on my first visit to the shop. They were beyond accommodating and strove to keep me pleased. Leo, they shop's body man went above and beyond for me and did incredible work that 30 other local shops wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole.

I'm so glad to have found this gem and will continue to give them my business for years and years to come. Fast, efficient and definitely out to please the customer, and all the while maintaining very fair and honest prices. You won't be disappointed!

Great people Doug, Mary and the whole gang are great and very helpful and friendly. They Sold me a couple of cars. I had no problems. My family and a few friends went there and bought cars. Oh and the body shop is the greatest. They do top work.

Brought my 2015 Chevy Cruze in to the have a bumper crack repaired and windshield replaced. They did a great job! I paid out of pocket instead of going through insurance and the price was very reasonable. Ask for Doug. He's very friendly and honest and will take great care of you. He told me it would be about 3 days till my car would be ready and I had it back after earlier than expected. I will definitely be coming back for any other work I need done and will be referring my friends and family to him as well.

Well Down River Body Works Have been working on my family's cars for years. They have always done an amazing job on all of our vehicles. Just last year my car was damaged and needless to say i was an emotional wreck as i just came back in from Texas. Doug assured me everything was going to be OK even provided me transportation back and forth while my car was getting worked on. Doug and Mary and staff were absolutely amazing in all of this.
