Found this shop in a hurry, when I was told repeatedly by recep. at TYT dealer "we don't do body work" = we ask you to leave. so I pulled out my Google Map, did a quick search and I think I was so lucky. Everyone at Kaiser was comfortably nice, easy-going and professional! The repair was beautifully done. They even took care of arranging the rental car. This is the place you can trust and leave your car with.

High Quality work. Fair pricing. Honest staff. 0ver the years they have earned my full confidence. You don't have to worry about being sold something you don't need here!

Wow. If I could give 10 stars, I would. This family owned and run business is AMAZING. Someone opened their car door into my F-Pace's side door and dinged it up but good. I Googled collision shops near me and found Kaiser. From the moment I walked through the door through picking up my vehicle, the staff is super friendly, professional and fantastic to deal with.

I picked up my car today and it looks absolutely freaken fantastic. You'd never know where it was injured. The vehicle was repaired in less time than quoted. Their fee quote was spot on, and very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised of the wonderful cleaning job they did as well - my car hasn't been this clean in forever with the grandbabies. Cannot recommend this place enough. AAAAA+++++

Kaiser body shop did an amazing job with my car I can't even begin to express myself enough. they even washed it for me when I went to pick it up the car was just amazing. Will definitely do business with them again

This is probably my fifth or sixth time using Kaiser's body shop and I have to say I've been extremely happy every time. Honestly can't believe I'm just getting around to write a review. The office ladies are so friendly nice and knowledgeable. Steve is great to work with gave me a on the spot estimate and is extremely reasonably priced especially for the quality of work that they do.

I've had a few new bumpers (fender benders) and just recently had my new car buffed out from some scratches from the previous owner and it looks great! So happy thank you guys if I could give six stars I would!

I came to Kaiser Body Shop on the recommendation of my sister, who's been doing business with them for a few years. I could not have been more pleased with the results. I talked to Steve and he assessed my problem and had it fixed extremely quickly. I will absolutely be going to Kaiser for any and all possible services in the future, and will give the highest recommendation to anyone I know. Excellent work, friendly and knowledgable staff, and superb turnaround time. I'd give them 12 stars if I could.

A friend recommended Kaiser to me, and I couldn't be happier with the work they did! They did a phenomenal job, my car looks brand new! Fantastic customer service. They took time to talk me through some of the processes and taught me how to do a couple things myself if I ever need to! Really awesome experience, I highly recommend Kaiser Body Shop!

The work done on my truck, not only is extremely well done, but they are proud and caring about their workmanship. I had the best experience at Kaiser Body Shop! What a pleasure it was working with Steve, Drew and Kristin! So professional and so nice. I was nervous to get any work done on my vehicle, but they all made me feel so comfortable and confident in their work. Did absolutely beautiful work on my car and were able to perfectly buff out all the scratches I put on my car while trying to get pine sap off (never again lol). Went to pick up the car and they said they were just giving a little complimentary car wash. Got into my vehicle and they completely surprised me with an interior detail as well! So thankful! 10/10 recommend this shop!

I had my car repaired here after a collision and they did an excellent and quick job. A couple months after, I noticed something I thought may have been related to the repair and asked them if they would look at it. They found the issue, which had nothing at all to do with the repair and was actually a factory issue - but they repaired it for me anyway, for free. Steve made me feel very comfortable while I waited for the repair, even offered to make me coffee. I was blown away by the courtesy and care and recommend Kaiser to anyone.

I just collected my Subaru after the repair after a typical fender bender. I have been a customer nearly two decades, and Kaiser once again proved its value. The quality of job is outstanding. The repairs were done on time. All the arrangements were made easy and comforting at the time of stress. Even though accidents happen infrequently, they cause a lot of stress, so it is good to know that the car is in good hands with Kaiser. They earned my trust and high recommendation.

I just picked up my truck from Steve and the Kaiser gang. This is the 10th time they have done work on my trucks, my wife's cars and my daughter's cars. As usual the work was outstanding! They are second to none when it comes to quality and craftsmanship. Their ability to color match is amazing. I have had blues and Triple Platinum Metallic shot by them and the color matches are perfect.

The vehicles are cleaned after the work is done better than the best car washes. Anybody who needs body work done and doesn't go to Kaiser's is making a Hugh mistake! They are the best! Period.

Amazing service! Really nice staff and quick work. I came in for some minor work and they finished it up in about an hour.

This was the easiest experience that I have ever had. Steve was my point of contact, and I have never spoken to a more personable and helpful person in a body shop. You immediately feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Steve worked with me to figure out how to get the work my car needed without writing an astronomical bill like some dealerships.

He also offered to keep in contact with me for any questions or concerns about my repairs. I had another issue that I had to bring to my dealership, and he continued to help me even after I left the shop. He went above and beyond! I walked away feeling great, and I can't say that about any other body shop experience. Kaiser is definitely my new body shop!

Have had work done at Kaiser's multiple times. They continually do a great job. When I needed my back hatch repainted, the paint job came out perfect and completely matched the rest of the paint on my car perfectly. Recently they took care of damage on my front and rear bumper.they look great! They even went beyond in removing other marks from bugs and things on the bumpers. They are very professional and courteous at Kaiser, and they really care about their customers! I will definitely continue to use them when I need work done!

The easiest experience I've ever had with a vehicle. Had to bring my car in for repairs after hitting a deer. Steve took care of everything and kept me up to date- they even had my car done a day earlier than originally expected. I've found my new body shop and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family in the area. Had some grill / bumper work that needed to be done and never thought of taking my business to anyone but Kaisers. Steve was again my point of contact and again I received some of the best customer service I've ever had in any context. Steve takes the stress out of the entire process. Transparency and solid communication along with excellent service techs and professional standards had my car returned to me looking better then it did before any of my issues.

If you need any body work done for your car, don't let just anyone do it. Go to the best shop in the 518 and get it done right, stress free the first time. Thanks again Kaisers!

I have always loved the car business, except when it comes to body shops. I recently brought a 2013 Prius plug in to the Toyota dealer to have a right parking light housing replaced. I was told that because the car was a plug in hybrid, it would cost $425 before tax! I then would go to Kaiser and Steve Cioppa quoted me $175 if the bumper did not have to come off and $275 if it did.

I was elated. When I brought the car in I was charged $151.00. I saved $274.00! AND. the work was done in 40 minutes! Aside from the great price, the shop is impeccably clean and staff very friendly! They offered me coffee and a bagel, too! A clean body shop with friendly staff, that does great work, is reasonably priced, and honest! Amazing! My advice, avoid the dealers and go see Steve. You will be happy you did!

This operation is top notch. 3 years ago they corrected paint blemishes that were on my SUV when i bought it brand new. Absolutely NO sign of where they did the repair On Monday 6-20-2016 I stopped in with no appointment or call to show them a spot on door where another car door dinged the paint off to the netal, and now started to rust. Steve looked at my door, had his shop fix it immediately, plus they touched ip anorher spot, and then the did n9t charge me. I live in Saratoga and the drive is well worth the superior customer service and workmanship

Did a great job, on time, for less than the original estimate. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. What more could you ask for?

Was told 3 days to fix the car. So dropped it off on Monday. Until Friday morning nobody called so I called and heard that they are talking to the insurance company for more money and will be taken care by Tuesday or Wed. I said fine. Again I got a call and they wanted my claim number and insurance company number. Doesn't match up. So until I see my car back I can't trust.

By far the BEST experience I've ever had with an auto body shop! The entire staff was welcoming and reassured me that my car would be as good as new after it was fixed. A HUGE plus was that the service time was much faster than anyone had anticipated. By choosing Kaiser, your experience will be QUICK, EASY and VALUABLE. Kaiser is convenient with their agreement with Enterprise.

If you do need a rental car (I did), all you do is show up to Kaiser, hand in your keys so that your car can be serviced, and within minutes, an enterprise agent shows up to get you your rental. When I picked up my car, Kaiser made sure that I did not sign the approval form until they personally walked me over to my car, explained the process of the work that was done (without mechanic jargon.thank GOD), and they made sure that I was happy with the outcome of my car before I signed off the insurance form and drove home. Great people, great place. Thank you Kaiser! :)

Great people to deal with. They took the stress right out of the situation of being in an accident, and got my car completed in less than a week. Friendly staff, excellent job done on the car, great experience all around. I highly recommend them!

This Shop is absolutely fantastic. I could go on for ever on how great their service is. I have brought my vehicle over for both minor and major body work. Each time, my car comes out like it is brand new. To me it even looks better! The employees are great. They are willing to work with you on anything. If you want anything done or taken care of, they will handle all of it.

Both of my repairs were due to accidents and I never had to worry about a thing. Everything always looks and functions perfectly. No issues at all in regards to how the new parts look in relation to the rest of the car. I can get very attached to my car and I am always a bit nervous taking it anywhere Hopefully, I will not need any more repairs but if I do I will be back. If anyone I know needs repairs, I will tell them to go here.
