John and the team at K & L Auto Body did a fantastic job on my Subaru, which needed work on the rear bumper as well as calibration of the blind spot monitor. The entire process was quick and easy, from scheduling the estimate and subsequent repair. John was very responsive and easy to work with and the job was completed quickly, despite a snowstorm that dropped 2' of snow early in the week. Went here for repairs after a minor fender bender. They worked directly with my insurance, and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. Afterwards my car looked better than ever- they definitely did some extra detailing on some scratches and dents on the back, which I really appreciate. John was very helpful, and the process was as smooth as possible. FYI they only take checks or cash, but that wasn't an issue for me. Highly recommend!

K & L went above and beyond in repairing my car. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and their time estimate was right on the money. In addition to repairing my passenger rear dent and 1.5 foot long scratch, they fixed a an old scratch on my front bumper. They also were able to go over the custom stripes on my lines, which was an added plus and apparently a very difficult task!

Good professionalism, documentation and work was done by these guys. My interior and exterior look better than they did before my car was the victim of a hit and run. So overall it was a huge win for everyone!

I used K & L in the past for an accident on the Somerville Circle and they were fast and easy to deal with. They worked with my insurance company and I had zero effort involved in getting the repair. They looked at the car, told me when to drop it off and when it would be done. They did exactly what they said they would in a timely manner. I deal with vendors and manufactures all day and it is nice when someone does what they promise and does it well. I am off to have them look at another insurance claim today and I called, made an appointment and know they will treat me as they did last time.

Very professional, courteous and well analyzed/documented and honest service. I am always afraid of auto-body work since the people I have met in that line of work sometimes lose sight of customer service and honesty. These folks are a dream - I would take any one of my cars there for auto-body work, no questions asked. Clearly the public knows - they are booked up weeks in advance.

This is a long overdue review. If you live in NJ then you will need auto body repairs sooner or later. Make it three trips in a relative span of 2 years for us. They are real craftsmen and thoroughly professional. I worked with John and he was honest and respectful. They dealt directly with my insurance and delivered the car when promised. I don't believe they accept credit cards - we wrote personal checks. I really don't want to see John again, but as I said, if you live in NJ.

K & L gave me an estimate for $3400 for minor quarter panel damage. I picked up my car from another body shop yesterday and paid $700 all in, done very well. That is 385% difference from K & L. Looks like their business model is based on the lazy and unaware of the body shop market.

K&L was recommended by both my insurance company and the person's company who backed into my car. They did an estimate with no problem, made an appointment to fix my car, and the repair was done earlier than expected. The work was excellent - you can't see where the damage was - and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed to get my car inspected after adding collision to my insurance, and was referred to K&L to get a routine inspection to prove to the insurance company there was no damage prior to adding the collision coverage. I called to make an appointment, and they said there was no availability this week and to go somewhere else. I said that I'd like an appointment then for the next week, but they said it wasn't possible to make an appointment.

I contested that it didn't make sense that they say they are full even though they don't take appointments and he hung up on me! The entire conversations, the employee seemed very aggravated that I was even calling their shop asking for their service.
