I have been using Progressive since I moved to Powhatan in 2006. I trust them and they do great work! I personally know the owner and can't imagine anyone calling him "rude" or stating he called them up to "berate and curse at them". That isn't Eddie. He treats you like family and tries to be accommodating even when incredibly busy. Nicest owner ever. We were given a rental car and he apologized for having to keep our van longer than usual. We appreciated the temporary car free of charge. Seems like an honest person and rates are competitive. Would def take our vehicles back here.
