Burton Paint & Body Shop

I would love nothing more than to give Burton's 5 stars but they have had my truck for over a month. The only work done was windshield removal. I found out that the owner had the building repossessed and Burton's has been shut down due to insufficient funds. The sign was removed today. My truck is now in the process of getting towed to another facility. They WERE a great shop in the past and now has been mismanaged.

The people at Burton's took fine care of my car. I wanted to do some cosmetic work and they knew I'd be paying out of pocket. They charged me exactly what I was quoted and although it took longer than expected, I'm very happy with the outcome and highly recommend them!

Troy and Erica went above and beyond and took great care of us. They were genuinely concerned about helping us, and stayed after closing to get us back on the road safely. Quality work, great prices, would highly recommend.

Back in January 2018 USAA highly suggested Burton Paint and Body for our insurance claim. My husband's vehicle was hit twice while it was at a standstill in a snow storm. The whole front of his car had damage and the bumper was cracked and falling off. Burton's made it look like it was perfect and never touched. Their front desk and customer service ladies were fabulous with both my husband and I.

Unfortunately some of the detailing on one side of my husband's vehicle that had to be replaced due to the accidents popped off less than a week after it was out of the shop. It was just a defect in the lining of it. We live up by Charlottesville, so getting down to the Richmond area is a massive pain. We reported it to Burtons who then also got in contact with another body shop closer to us here in Cville and they completely paid for this re-fix while also profusely apologizing. We hope to never have an accident again, but if we do we know that Burton's are worth the trip. This staff is great! Thanks again, everyone there at Burton Paint and Body!

Back in February of 2016 USAA selected Burton Paint and Body for the necessary insurance claim. My vehicle had an extreme amount of front end damage(nearly totaled). Miraculously, what looked to be impossible Burton made my vehicle look like it had just rolled off the showroom floor of a dealership. The customer service extended from the entire staff is by far something i wish every business could emulate.

I am writing this review some months later as i just had a supplement claim. Again the staff was extremely helpful with getting my vehicle back on the road. Thank you for everything Burton Paint and Body.

After our most recent snow storm, my car slid and suffered some damage to the subframe and wheel. As a USAA approved shop, this is the 2nd time I've used Burton Paint & Body Shop and just like last time, am very happy with their service. Pat, Jill and the entire staff were very professional and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle's repairs. I will happily use them again for all future body and paint work! I was referred to Burton's by my insurance company. I had nothing but a wonderful and positive experience. From the time that I dropped my car off and then came back to get it, I had a great experience. I was extremely happy with the work that they did. Additionally, they communicated with me what was happening every step of the process. Highly recommend.

This is the only place in the Richmond area I'll use. I've taken them a Toyota, Lexus and Porsche at one time or another. Got my Lexus back and one of the parking sensors wasn't working. May not have been anything they did as these parts do fail over time. But no problem, they replaced it without question. Big difference between them and Bruce's. Got a car back from Bruce's and the job was HORRIBLE.

Then they acted like I was crazy to not accept their shoddy, sloppy workmanship. Bruce's is right around the corner from my house and Burton's is a pretty good haul. But I'd drive twice as far for quality, timely work which is exactly what I receive from Burton's EVERY time. And if you have an insurance job, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has a desk in the lobby. Just drop off your car and jump in the rental and go. Couldn't be easier.

I came in because of a hit and run on my bumper. I told them that I needed the car back in 4 days because I was headed back to school. There were able to get the bumper cover, paint, and install it within a 24 hour time frame and I had my car back the next afternoon. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be using Burton Paint and Body Shop again!

My bumper got ripped off and my insurance company (USAA) referred me to Burton. They were thorough and professional in all respects. I cannot think of a single complaint. Plus they finished my work 2 days before it was originally due.
