We are so thankful to Lawson and Parks Automotive. When they saw that we were from out of state and had been stranded on the side of the interstate and had no place to go, they dropped everything and patiently, thoroughly, and expertly repaired our large van and basically got us going and on the road again in less than two hours. Detail oriented, and fair priced. Professionally and cheerfully came to our rescue today. Highly recommend them!

Just bought piping from them. I know they don't make any money off selling just some piping, and they weren't exaclty rude. But definitely made me aware with tones and body language that I was inconveniencing them. Not sure I would go again even for normal service. But they did sell me what I needed.

Very great service at very reasonable prices! After going here several times for inspections, oil changes, headlight repairs, etc. I have yet been disappointed by the service I have received here. The mechanics are friendly and seem to know their trade very well. They never seem annoyed by asking them relevant questions which may take them away from their work for a few minutes.

Have always been able to fit us in for almost anything despite being fairly busy. A mechanic shop whose busy is a good sign, it means they have been doing something right and they keep loyal customers coming back.

They service our fleet and do a great job. We are on the other side of town and use someone else to do the basic oil changes due to convenience but when something goes wrong they are our go to company.
