I was referred to AAMCO through a company that I trust. Obviously, they have never dealt with the location in Greensboro and after today, neither will I. I called today at 10:10 am for information on service and availability, and options on scheduling an appointment. The clown that answered the phone never gave his name but he definitely gave plenty on condescending attitude.
This ***hole was the rudest thing I've encountered in a long time. I figured the verbal finger he gave over the phone for free was a clear indication of the type of service that I was going to pay for. So my money, my car, and my business will be going somewhere else, however since he was fully committed to being the worst that he could be, I'd return that effort in kind.

Joseph and his team were FANTASTIC! They were very honest and thorough in analyzing the transmission for my Ford F-150. They could have easily charged me thousands of $$$ to rebuild my transmission, however they felt that this wasn't necessary at this time and we will revisit this in a couple of months of my issue gets worse. I rarely post a review but felt this exceptional service deserved to be recognized. Thank You!

This has been the first great experience I have ever had dealing with car issues. I called last week after one of the mechanics came to my job (dollar general ) to shop and I told him what issues I was having with my brakes. he reassured me and told me to bring it in anytime they be more than happy to help me. I got an appointment for today and within two hours they told me exactly what it was and how they could fix it.
Moral of the story I felt so comfortable and relieved that they was able to fix my brakes and get me going! Very professional && now I have new place that I can trust to take care of all my car problems! Thank you soooo much AAMCO team you guys are the best!

My husband and I broke down on our way home to Wisconsin. I called this shop, they recommended a tow service. Once there, the staff and owner went above and beyond to help us. We also had our 2 dogs with us. They were quick and professional from start to finish! I wouldn't hesitate to call them for all your auto needs. Well done team, well done!

I had requested a quote for a transmission issue my vehicle was experiencing. The gentleman who manages the shop called me and let me know that there was a good possibility my vehicle was still under warranty and that I should contact the dealership to see if they could take care of it for me. I am so thankful for Joseph and the great team at AAMCO Greensboro! I took my Subaru there for a free diagnostic check and Joseph followed up quickly with a thorough explanation of what they found and what he recommended for next steps. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best choice for me and my vehicle.
They got me in and out quickly when I was dropping off and picking up my vehicle and made sure I knew what to look for in case any issues popped up after the work they performed. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you have any concerns about your transmission! I will be back, for sure - just hopefully not too soon!
