John is the president and specializes in painting and his mom Jean Turner is the Secretary and Treasurer of the Corporation. They have been in business since 1996 and moved to their present shop, located in the heart of Eldersburg Maryland, in 1999.JTs Collision Repair, Inc. is located in a 3500 square foot building behind the Country Village Shopping Center on S. Carroll Park Drive.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO THIS LOT! The worst people/company that I have ever dealt with. My 17 year old son was in a car accident 2 days before Christmas. The police came to the accident and had his car towed to JT's. The next morning my son tried to get his car out of the lot and it was closed. On Monday they finally called my son back and charged him $750 because they were closed for the holiday weekend.
The guy was not helpful, was extremely rude and would not budge on the price. Thank you, JT's for giving my son a first hand experience at dealing with an arrogant, rude, disrespectful con artist. Its been quite the learning experience for him.

Dealt with these people twice. First time they actually said "We do our best work drunk" when I dropped off a car. The second time, my car was towed and locked up with my house keys and they would not come back out to let me in. It was a holiday weekend, so it would be three days before I could get back in my house. I spoke to the owner's mother who simply said, "Sorry, but he's not coming back out."

Simply the best body shop around.period. I've had 4 vehicles done and every single time it's been spot on perfect. I've had everything from a Ford Explorer, Jeep Compass, and 2 Dodge Rams done and the vehicles come out looking better than new. If you want it done right this is the shop! I even had them retrofit my 2015 Dodge Ram headlights to LED because the factory headlights were so dim and they did a great job! Highly recommend!

I have brought a number of my cars to JT's over the last 15 years. I have continually been impressed with the meticulous care given to my cars. I would highly recommend JT's to anyone who's car is their "baby"! I recently brought my 2007 Dodge Charger to JT's to fix the rear-end of the car from someone hitting me. JT's took the time to explain what needed to be done, the rationale for the repairs, and even explained things that were not visible (and how they were effected by the accident).
When I picked my car up, I could NOT tell that it had ever been in an accident. Their attention to detail and personal service is above and beyond anything that I've experienced in the automotive industry.
