I've had a couple wheel alignments and was satisfied with the service, with a quick drop off and pick up. They've always been pleasant on the phone when calling to ask for an appointment and in person too.

Overdue review. Few months ago had them look at my car because of mileage issues and also had them do an oil change and filter replacement. Just really appreciated the transparency and frankness

We take all our vehicles to these guys for services! We trust them! They are Awesome! professional, courteous, they know their jobs! they explained everything before they do job! I moved to Virginia and I still drive up to Ellicott City, for them to service my cars. I definitely recommend them! You will not regret it. I was a little overdue for a scheduled service, the check engine light came on and my engine started "missing". The dealer could not take look at my car for another two weeks. A friend recommended Neubauer Auto repair. So happy he did! They took me in right away, diagnostic the problem the same day and recommended the appropriate remedy which included an oil change and service.

I have been driving my Volkswagen Passat for about a week, since they worked on it and it drives like new. This was by far the best "tune-up" I have ever had! The ride is very smooth and the engine purs like a kitten. The last time the ride felt this nice was when i drove it off the new car lot. In addition, Matt, the front staff and the technician who worked on the car seemed genuinely concerned about solving the issue i was having with my car. AND THEY SOLVED IT!

I would recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who is looking for great service, a reasonable price and very nice people to service their car! Keep up the great work guys!

So far so good, seems like very honest and straightforward mom and pop business. I have a trailer state inspection and they were able to give me instant feedback on what needed to be addressed, will update this review once service is complete

I stopped for gas in the area and my car started making a terrible noise. They were able to get my in right away and found a minor exhaust issue they repaired. I found them to be honest and a reputable company. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had some new tires mounted and balanced here. They did a great job communicating with me as to when the tires arrived from tire rack and when to come in. They kept me updated about the when my car was being worked on and when it was ready to be picked up. On my way home, I heard a creaking noise, and they were nice enough to let me come back right as they were closing to drop off my car again.

They were really helpful, looked into my concern thoroughly, and found nothing. I really appreciated their responsiveness to any concerns I had m and how they addressed them.

I have used Neubauer's Auto several times since I moved to the area 7 years ago on everything from routine maintenance to help with car emergencies. They have always been incredibly helpful and straightforward to work with, and I always feel like I am receiving very high quality service at a great value. I am especially thankful for the prompt help they've provided when I've had unexpected emergency problems with my car - one was a potentially dangerous problem with my car's wheels and they were able to help me the same day. I can't recommend Neubauer's highly enough!
