Zolman Tire

Zolmans has been my go to place for my car for years. I will say this time around I had to do my per mileage oil change and the guy forgot to put my oil cap back on but Brock and his crew not only fixed the issue they replaced everything that had a spec of oil spilled at no charge in a timely fashion. People make mistakes and the oil cap thing wont detour me from Zolmans.

Excellent work and I stand on that firmly. Thank you Brock and company. I know that OEM hood insulator was not cheap and I appreciate you changing it out. So does my precious car. Thanks again.

I have trusted Zolman's with my car for a while. Everything I ever needed done, they had my back. One of their representatives, Blake, is completely upfront and honest and is very personable. Unfortunately my engine has seized, but they have been helping me regardless. This business is truly loyal to their customers and I have so much appreciation for that!

This is my go to spot for tires, General repairs, and maintenance. I cannot tell enough people about Blake, and the confidence he gives me in this companies service. I recently had a complete suspension replaced under my SUV. Blake went above and beyond to find 2 Bolts and 2 Nuts that were obsolete, and even Fastenal didn't have them! He worked tirelessly until he located them, And this made my son very happy.

I am extremely happy with work performed by the Mechanics at this location. I usually don't recommend Companies, as I find myself let down on most occasions in todays Mechanics work performed. But I will recommend this Company whole heartedly.

The store was clean and the staff pleasant. They did both a computer diagnostic and confirmed the results independently and did not charge me. I can't speak highly enough about their integrity and service.

Jennifer was awesome! She worked very hard on getting parts to repair my car and kept me in the loop always during the long process lol. I had a flat tire which I took off and brought in to the Edison road location. Despite me being a walk-in and them being extremely short-handed that day they were able to replace the tire with one of the same for a great price by the end of the day. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience amidst the stress of having a flat. I would recommend them to anyone. Also, a shout out to all their free air pumps! Their pumps always function well and are free to boot. Really appreciate that you make them available and maintain them!

My daughter who attends college in SB got her first flat tire and brought her car to Zolman's. They were extremely polite and professional. They quickly repaired the tire and sent her on her way. As a parent 1,300 miles away, it's nice to know there is a reliable tire shop that treats students right.

Called the Vaness location at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon about a tire that was losing air. The employee was so helpful and said we could run it in right then, knowing that the shop was closing for the weekend. Service was very quick. Would definitely take our truck back when we need service in the future!

This has been my "go-to" place for 20+ years. Tires and engine repairs. I have never had a problem with a bill. They go out of their way to tell me what to repair and what to wait on. They have a great service where they store snow tires over the winter, then it is very inexpensive to switch the tires out in the spring. They have never tried to upsell me on anything.

In fact, the last time I bought tires they went out of their way to explain why I didn't need a more expensive option. One time I was repairing an older van and was expecting a big repair on the electrical system. It turns out it was rear taillight full of water and a fuse. No charge. Love these folks.

My daughter is a student locally in SB. Our local Toyota dealer in Chicago stated we needed brakes at a very recent oil change. Didn't have time to get it done in Chicago so My daughter brought it to Zolman and they stated brakes were good for another 5-10k miles. No pressure to change brakes. Honest.

Went here for an oil change and they were incredibly pushy about adding more services. I felt very preyed on as a college student, and much of what they intended to do was unnecessary. I sat in the office the entire time to ensure nothing was done without my consent, but they approached me multiple times about things like my air filter (which I had just replaced) and told me they were "going to replace it"-not a question.

They also told me my serpentine belt was dry, which made me especially angry seeing as I had replaced it 2 weeks prior. They were lying to my face! There is a difference between goods sales and scamming people. They have a very good location for Notre Dame students and are using that to their advantage/assuming none of us know anything about cars-which is probably true for the majority.

I have spoken to more than one of my peers about their similar experiences, so be wary if you are a student and consider going here. As far as the quality of service, I would hope they don't mess up an oil change. Reading reviews of people's similar experiences with their dishonesty makes me wonder how this place is still in business. I would not trust them with your vehicle, go to one of the many dealerships in town instead.

I've been to three different Zolman tires and this is by far the best one! Heidi and her team are professional, courteous, and will have you out in a jiffy.

Zolman Tire saved us twice this winter by replacing two popped tires and fixing our alignment. The alignment prices were affordable and fair, and the second time we popped a tire (blame those terrible potholes on Douglas!) it was over the weekend and all places were closed. I contacted one of the owners (Nate) and we left our car overnight at the Vanness location and the tire was fixed first thing in the morning on Monday! Thank you Zolman Tire for your excellent service!

Arrived in South Bend on a Friday evening & had 2 nails in passenger front tire! All tire stores were closed so I had to call stores in the morning! I spoke with Jennifer and she went out of her way to find the tire I needed as it was for a 4 month old VW Atlas! She got me straight in, and was even able to repair the defective tire! Great service, and price and went above and beyond. Wish there was a Zolman Tire in Southern Indiana.

I discovered today that I needed new tire ASAP. After calling around and having a defeating experience at another discount tire place, I found Zolman. I spoke with Aaron who was polite and helpful. When I went in, it was discovered that I actually needed 3 new tires badly. I didn't have much money and was near tears. Aaron figured out a way for me to get all the tires I need and afford it.

I was so relieved and happy I wanted to hug him right there! I can't even tell you. They were so wonderful and wouldn't let me get back on the road with dangerous tires. I am so grateful! The mechanics were super fast and my car is driving smoothly! I will not be going anywhere else from now on, and will refer everyone I can to this Zolman. Thank you so, so much!

I'm waiting for my quick oil change, with free coffee, television, and pop corn, while I listen to the front desk offer a guy a way better deal than he could get anywhere else. As I sip my coffee and type this review thanks to the free WiFi and cell phone charging station, I get offered my choice of fresh off the grill hamburgers, hotdogs or chicken.whaaaaaaat?! Almost too friendly? My car should be ready soon and I'll go home (2 minutes away.1 with no traffic) and get myself back to work before anyone misses me.

This particular location has great mechanics and counter people. Ive been dealing with them for years, never disappointed and always treated fairly.

They got me in within an hour and I did not have an appointment. Reasonably quick service and nothing too noteworthy, just the way it should be when you get routine maintenance.

This me and my fiances go to place for oil changes and minor mechanical issues for our cars. The guys at the front desk are very knowledgable and honest, which is a great help. I am used to California prices and this place is considerably cheaper but I imagine that relative to South Bend/Indiana they might not be the cheapest. As noted by other reviewers it is nice that this place is so nice to campus - you can drop you car off walk to school and pick it up after class.

I went it to get my tires and tire alignment checked on my recent car purchase. I talked to the men working the front desk and after hearing my car issues, they both thought that a free tire cross might fix the problem instead of a $80 alignment. I took them up on the offer and after the work was done, the car drove straight! These men seemed straightforward and honest - I mean. I walked out with my problem fixed and $80 in my pocket!
