I recently moved to Minnesota, and this is the place I decided to take my 2007 Chevy Silverado for brake repairs. The price for the first extensive work they did on my brakes was good, and the amazing friendly and caring service was outstanding. I had a problem after I got my truck back, and although no one is sure exactly what happened with the error, Affordable Auto helped me with the cost of the repairs and made it so I could safely drive my truck again.

I have only ever had my vehicles worked on by my brothers who both have extensive mechanical knowledge, and the customer service at affordable auto made me feel like like I had my repairs done by family again! My truck was my fathers and he gave it to me after he couldn't drive before he passed away, and to know that the people working on it care about my truck as much as they do is priceless. Affordable auto has made me a life long customer with their stellar service. 14/10 definitely recommend this place that treats their customers like family

They've also done amazing things like carried car seats to a loaner car for me, and today squeezed me in for a quick repair so I could get to work. I had an inspection performed for a car I was buying. The cost was reasonable and the inspection appears to have been thorough. Several minor things were found which is normal for an older vehicle. He provided a clear explanation of what was found and how serious the issues were.

Dan and Todd went above and beyond in every way possible. I can't say enough good things about the service, professionalism, and overall treatment I was shown by the crew at Affordable. I have used Affordable Auto Service for 4 of my cars and you can't beat their service and price. The BMW dealer wanted $2200 to fix my suspension. Affordable fixed it for $800 and said half of the things the dealer requested didn't need to be done. That was 30,000 miles ago and still working great. They have replaced brakes, a clutch, battery as well as regular maintenance items. Work has always been done on time and at a great price. Thanks Dan!

Affordable Auto Glass/affordable auto repair. I went in to get a quote for an installation of the large rear window in the back of my pick-up truck. It was a slider window, and I had broke the section right behind the driver's seat, so the whole window needed to be replace. I had already purchased the new window, just needed it installed. They were able to get me in right away.

They removed my broken rear window, and installed my new rear window in about 2 hours. The new window looks great! The price was $30-$40 cheaper than what they quoted me at the big name shop down the road.

Highly recommend. Brought my mazda in that had been acting up. They were throughout and helped me out. Didn't worry about getting taken advantage of, friendly people.

I love having vehicle(s) serviced here. They are up front and explain all my options to me. Most recently I had a check engine diagnostic done somewhere else and they told me "it's a transmission issue" then charged me $55 and wouldn't tell me the code. Here Dan talked to me until I understood what they had done. (And told me the code and wrote it on my paperwork.) They told me I was ok to run the vehicle without the repair they decided made the check engine light go on (thank you honesty) yet still researched prices in case I wanted to fix it.

And I have a very old vehicle. Not one that most people would probably want to get fixed. I will keep coming back here. My little secret, shhh I work for a car dealership too.

I have brought 4 cars to Affordable Automotive and they have kept all 4 cars running extremely well with reasonable prices. Todd and Dan are both very knowledgable and personable, and they treat me like a real human being. They go the extra mile and will even give you a list of must perform work, to do when you can, and nice but not required. They also offer very flexible payment plans for all repairs, and have even added dealership rebates to their much lower prices to give me the best deal out there.

I can't imagine using anyone but them to keep my cars running well long after they should have ceased to exist. I would strongly recommend that anyone use Affordable Automotive!

I went there to try to find out why my car wouldn't start. They told me they couldn't figure it out. Possibly it could have been the battery so lets replace that and clean up the wires. So I gave them $300.00 dollars for that and the diagnostics the next day it didn't start. I should have brought it back but thought why bother. I took it to two other places that couldn't figure it out either.one didn't charge me the other charged a few dollars.

I guess the point is it's fine if you can't figure it out but please don't just guess and charge me a bunch of money! Probably being female i'm an easy target.
