I have used sugar hill auto for work a couple of times now and have enjoyed working with pat and team. I had a ram truck resprayed in some rough areas and then completely buffed. I have also had an Impreza with bumper damage repaired there and each time I have gotten a fair price for top quality work. Will be using again and recommend to others

Pat and his team went above and beyond. Extremely pleased with all levels of service. Pat took the time to answer all my questions, accurately communicated timing of service, worked with insurance company and did a follow up call. Auto body work was flawless and car was returned cleaner than it has ever been. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Our Jeep Trailhawk was sideswiped by another driver. Damage to both side doors. After calling a few shops, we came by Sugar Hill. Right from the first call, we knew we picked the right place. They handled everything from dealing with insurance, to scheduling the repair, to answering all of our questions. They even gave us a tour of the shop. Robbie and team are the best.
They made sure we left happy. Definitely would recommend them and if we ever have any more mishaps, we will be a repeat customer for sure. Super group of people and an fine example how how a business should be run.

Great job! Accidents happen and my Range Rover was sideswiped in a parking lot. Sugar Hill was very professional, courteous in explaining their repair process and materials, got me in for an estimate and had the work done in 3 days. Not only did they do an excellent job (car is back to like new), they went the extra step of washing my car thoroughly inside and out before returning to me, left me a little bottle of extra paint for other touch ups down the road, and even topped off my coolant when they observed the light on!

Utilized their body shop for a recent fender bender. The staff are friendly and courteous. Working with Rob was a pleasure from getting an estimate, dealing with insurance, to seeing the final product. My vehicle looks amazing. The work ethic of this garage is of a superb level not stopping till one is completely satisfied. My favorite feature was that most of the communication was done by email which was answered in a timely fashion. Kudos to Rob and the crew who took a stressful experience and made it into a breeze.
They have a repeat costumer in me. I'll be back soon for my regular car maintenance needs. Hopefully, I won't need the body shop again but, if I do, I know I'm in good hands at Sugar Hill. Highly recommended!
