They is so horrible! At first the guy that looked at my vehicle for a hit and run repair made me feel like my brand new truck will be back brand new. Wrong! They didn't even fix anything, but charge me $200 deductible just so I can get my car off their lot, and my insurance company already paid them $3000+ to get the service done. This was in June 2021, it is May 2022!
No communication only when I call, and I get the same response every time "The status of when your parts come in is unknown. You know it is hard to get Hyundai parts right now." If it was so hard why did you take on fixing my truck and also took my payment instead of informing me ahead of time that Hyundai part are hard to come by. Emailed my insurance company to see what to do next, because they still have my claim opened. Yes, they told my insurance company the same thing they told me, but in a much nicer way. SMH!

Desoto Collision Center in Southaven, MS, is Top Notch! Not only do they do an Excellent job repairing your car to make it look brand new again but their employees and their customer service is better than any place I've been to! Be sure to ask for Dwayne! Dwayne is Awesome! He really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy!
He did an excellent job on my Honda CRV and even got out some very deep scratches that I thought would never come out! My CRV looks like new again! Thank you, Dwayne! Perfect job and great customer service! I will never go anywhere else!

Called to make an appointment for auto repairs. Very nicely I was told did not need one to just come in. That was great due to my work schedule. When I arrive, that's when they decided to prescreen me. He said due to me insurance that could do one but it would do no good. I asked why I was not asked these questions on the phone. His answer, we have people all the time just wanting estimates. No, sorry for your inconvenience, yes we should do that, good idea. Just we have people all the time just wanting estimates. They may do good work. It's not on the front end. That's what brings my business in. Customer Service.

My wife's 2010 Honda CRV needed an entirely new rear bumper after she was rear-ended. Of course the new bumper''s paint was going to be difficult to match with a 10 year old vehicle, but Sammy and his team pulled it of wonderfully. My wife is very picky and she was thrilled with how well they made the new bumper match her CRV. They even worked with me on other, non insurance related, repairs with almost no wait time and a more than reasonable labor cost.
Their team is very professional and curteous. I will definitely use them again in the future and be recommending them to my friends and family. They did amazing work. They doubled the value of my insurance claim without even asking them, got a ton of extra work covered. I was only out the amount of my deductible. The manager Michael was friendly, professional, and gave me daily updates on the repair status. They also provided s shuttle to and from my house 30 minutes away at no additional charge!

Was really nervous because of all the poor reviews, however they took care of my truck, & took time into doing a great job. They replaced the whole right side of the bed of the truck & the paint looks great. The lady at the desk was also nice to me and I didn't have a problem with anything they did.

The guys at this shop do amazing work. The body man bent over backwards to ensure the car wasn't totaled out. The paint looks amazing. A friend and I repainted my car about 10 years ago with a custom mixed color that was close but not exactly original to the car. These guys mixed and blended the new paint on the back of the car so well that I can't even see the transition.
The metallic grain matches exactly. There were some issues getting the other person's insurance to pay up, so the car was In the shop for about 2 weeks. But I didn't care because I had a rental, a nice rental even. The lady at the front desk was always helpful explaining things, and they had no problem with me checking in on the car a few times while it was there.
I'm very particular about who gets to touch or work on my car. I went to this shop based on the work I had seen from them on other cars, and I was definitely not disappointed. I've dealt with a number of body shops over the years and this one is by far the best. If you're paying, they are definitely pricy. But if it's insurance work and you're not paying I highly recommend them.
