B & B Auto Body is a family owned and operated business, meeting customer collision repair needs in the Metroplex since 1977. But that's not the beginning of our story. Troy grew up around cars his entire life. His Dad owned a Body Shop in North Texas where Troy began working when he was 12 years old.

Pdr Report

Our skilled craftsmen use custom made tools to gently massage and reshape the metal back to its original condition without the need for body filler and repainting. While PDR techniques cannot repair all dents, it is an excellent alternative for use on vehicles that have small dings. The skilled craftsmen at B&B Auto Body have years of experience and have mastered the PDR techniques.

Went in because I had a hit & run. It was under the list on my insurance agency. They kept getting my car confused somehow, even with info being provided. Kept telling it would be ready the next each time I called. 4 work days of continuous push backs. Drove my vehicle and put a lot of miles & didn't clean the vehicle after use. They did the bare minimum for insurance.

I highly recommend this Body shop. I was referred through the INs of the person who hit my car and I was able to get in fast and got my car back in 5 day. They are very professional and nice and the process was super easy. If I have an issues with my car in the future they will be my first choice.

They are courteous, honest and straightforward about the repair needed and the timeline in which it can be repaired. Not only did the do a nice job on bodywork, they coordinated all off-site mechanical work and transported it between the two places for the work it needed. In the end, they washed and vacuumed the car and had it waiting for me when I arrived.

They even helped me out on making the price less than expected. Rob, Troy and Amanda couldnt have been better in communicating issues that arose and stayed in touch to keep me up to date on things.

I was trying to get my front bumper fixed for my Honda Accord 2002 as it was falling apart with one nut disappeared on the left side, tried couple of mechanic shops and nobody would do it for me. Noticed this B & B Auto Body while I was driving around, and talked to Benjamin at reception and he fixed my bumper by replacing the broken bolt, and free of charge. Great job Benjamin! Attempted to get estimate for minor bumper damage. Looked at damage and promised to e-mail me with quote. Waited 2 days for e-mail, no response. Called business, spoke to employee, who took info and promised call back. Still no response. Sent e-mail to owner, still no response. This rating is based on customer service, as I was never able to get a quote and have work completed.

This place is awesome! Took my vehicle here after an accident and it was the easiest transaction i have ever had with a body shop! Troy is honest, helpful and knowledgeable! He even went out of his way to repair my sunroof which wasn't damaged during the crash but was giving me issues! Highly recommend!

I know little to nothing about cars so keep that in mind but I had a very pleasant experience with this shop! I had pulled some piece of metal loose on the bottom of my car and it was hanging down and scraping the road whenever I hit a dip so I knew I had to get it looked at. I was going to go to another shop down this same drag but couldn't find it so I just ended up here.

They just charged me for the labor and bolted the piece of metal back into place and sent me on my way a happy camper. I'm always afraid I'm getting screwed at car places but they seemed very straight forward, professional and honest.
