Absolute Auto Repair Center

This was the first time we used this place and we were happy with the service. First off we had unexpected problems with our Jeep. I would not start so we had to have it towed. We tried several places including a dealership (which we don't usually use) and they all said there would be a wait time of service of at least 3-5 days before they could look at it).

This place took us right away. They were recommended by a friend who trusted and used them for years. They diagnosed it the same day it was brought in and had it fixed the next morning (it was the starter). They actually took pictures of other things they found that needed work. My husband loved that they sent us pictures. We will absolutely use this place again! Scott was very friendly and the waiting area (although we didn't use it was clean and inviting).

I liked that I was greeted with courtesy, respect and appreciation by Scott and that the owner Bryan came out of his office to meet me because he heard that it was the first time I had brought my car in for service. He even came around the counter to shake my hand. I also liked that the technician who was servicing my car clearly took a careful look at all of the systems to accurately evaluate the highest maintenance needs of my vehicle, as well as the high quality of work that was performed on my vehicle.

I appreciate having a place to bring my car that is committed to providing high quality service to its customers. I highly recommend Absolute Auto Repair to anyone looking for a full service auto repair shop to help their vehicle stay safe on the road.

I've gone to Absolute a few times in the past, but now that I live in Fitchburg, I'm making it my go-to shop. They're the highest rated shop in the area for good reason. They do almost everything, and even though they're popular it's never difficult to make an appointment. They're fast, thorough, and perform quality work with quality parts. Beyond that, they're honest, they don't skimp or rush or beat around the bush, and they go the extra mile by performing courtesy inspections. Scott is a gifted customer service rep.

He's kind, talkative, knowledgeable, and on the ball. He communicates everything you need to know about your vehicle in a way that you can understand, and he never seems stressed or overwhelmed. So, I have to admit at this point I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Had work done on my 2012 Subaru Outback & once again, came away totally satisfied. I received a phone call to discuss what needed to be done & what the cost would be prior to starting the job. Scott at the front desk is wonderful to deal with. As usual, the work was done in a timely manner. whenever I need to service my car, this is where I want to bring it.

This place is very professional. My car was placed for an early appointment and they got me in immediately upon arrival for what I need. The person whom I had talked to was very great and look at my car for the problems that I had taken it there for and suggest the car was very broken and to potentially get another one due to the cost of all the parts which would definitely be in my favor, helped my final decisions a lot with what to do with my car. Thank you again for the time and honestly!

Everyone here was professional and friendly! I had a flat tire on Thanksgiving and then again (different circumstances and terrible luck) right before Christmas. Although they were busy they didn't mind helping me on short notice! They were very informative about what was going on and would 100% recommend these professionals to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and light hearted mechanic.

I was turned away from another shop just to fix a flat tire.something very quik n easy.i drove past absolute and so I figured ill give it a try.glad I did.very nice.didnt need appointment and took me right away without a problem.in and out in 20min.great staff.will definitely be going back! If I give this place more than 5 stars I would called this place and I spoke to Scott he's very friendly by the way either way I called them 30 minutes before close time Scott said if I can make it he would have someone take a look at the tire I hit there 15 minutes till close and was able for someone to fix my car just great service over all

I am extremely happy with Absolute Auto! I took my outlander in for a oil change and they looked over my whole suv and the prices are very reasonable! The employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable! They have a program where you get 4 oil changes and your 5th is free! They also have a rewards program that gives you points, and that means coupons!

Absolutely amazing customer service. The ease of communicating via text is also so convenient. We will never go any place else again. Honest, reasonable pricing, communicative, etc. The owner even went to the shop on a weekend night to retrieve our son's lacrosse equipment so he wouldn't miss his game. Can't say enough about the work that they do and how reputable the owners are. You won't be disappointed!

Another local garage failed my emergency brakes during annual inspection. I was a little skeptical so I brought my vehicle to Absolute for a second opinion. I was so glad I did. They found nothing wrong with the brakes, saving me the cost of unneeded repairs. Additionally, they checked all the vehicle systems and sent me an email detailing any future repairs I might need.

This was color-coded, based on how urgent the needed repairs were. They also took photos so I could see what they talking about. As a former tech geek, I was impressed. I would definitely recommend Absolute to everyone for auto repairs. They are honest and dependable.
