Dee and Steve were professional, responsive, accurate, and really easy to work with. I had two repairs for them to make - a rear door that got hit and a small but deep scratch on the hatch of my GTI. All of the staff are very nice and helpful, especially Dierdre. When my car was totaled, it was towed there. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole stressful process (assessing the car, providing helpful information related to insurance, ultimately taking the car to be salvaged). Without their kindness and support, my situation would have been even more overwhelming. They are also a certified Subaru collision center.

I was referred to Hogan & Van by the Boston Volvo dealer to complete the repairs to my vehicle following an accident. I can not say enough good things about Hogan & Van! They were incredibly professional, thorough, and accommodating over the 3+ weeks it took to repair my vehicle. Someone was always there to pick up the phone by the 2nd ring and answered all of my questions, no many how many times I called for an update on timing.

Hogan and Van Auto Body exceeded my expectations with my recent service. From my very first phone call with Deidre, who was warm and welcoming to my consultation with George, who examined my vehicle's damage and assured me it could easily be repaired to Adam, who communicated the timeline and my out of pocket expense, I was absolutely delighted by their level of professionalism and customer service.

In an era where it's seems no one does their job anymore, this was a refreshing change. They take pride in their work and it shows. I am grateful to have my car back better than new and can't thank them enough for making what could have been a painful process easy and seamless.

I don't normally write review but I have to say that Hogan & Van service was very professional. My car was replaced with a new bumper and all the work was done beautifully. They even helped cleaning my car. Not to mention the staffs are friendly and always keep me posted on the progress of repairs. They also helped me to submit all the claims to my insurance, I just need to pay for my deductible. I'd highly recommend Hogan & Van to all my friends.

Got a tap on the front part of my Subaru in the garage, and my friend found this shop for me. Went through insurance and very happy with the service. Absolutely bring your car here! I totally destroyed my front bumper on a root sticking out of the ground and part of my bumper came completely off. I looked for a local place on Google with good reviews and found Hogan had amazing reviews and has been in business for a long time so I called and they got me right in. The people there were professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable.

The manager George explained everything to me, showed me exactly what they would do and gave me a quote. They fixed my car in a day and it looks as good as new. They charged me for exactly what they quoted me and were very reasonable. Thank you so much! I'm definitely coming here again and would 100% recommend them.

I went in to Hogan & Van after my car was rear-ended and it was making a loud noise coming from the exhaust after the accident. They replaced my rear bumper and the noise went away for about 6 weeks. When the screeching exhaust noise came back I called them to see if they could look at it again. They said that there is an additional issue with my exhaust system and that all they did was replace the rear bumper.

I was never told about the additional issues when I went to pick up my car so I assumed everything was fine. This lack of communication was very upsetting and now I will have to take my car to another shop. If I was told this up front, I would have taken the money from the insurance company and used it toward my exhaust issues instead of replacing my rear bumper that was just a slight cosmetic fix. I will not return to Hogan & Van because their communication was lacking.

Hogan was excellent! Very easy to see why this company is rated so highly. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. A car accident is never an ideal way to meet people, but it was a pleasure to work with Hogan! Highly recommend.

I went to Hogan & Van twice now. Both times they were professional, courteous, fair and did excellent work for me. The prices are fair and reasonable. My 7 year old car looks brand new. I recommend them to everyone.

My most recent visit was last month, and even with everything going on concerning Covid, they were professional, courteous and very safety conscious! My car looks great! The team at Hogan & Van is fantastic. My car was mistakenly brought to their site and left at the curb by a less-than-stellar tow company. Hogan took the time to locate my vehicle, evaluated it, resolved several issues with the tow crew, and kept me updated every few hours. I can't speak to their body work, but if it is anything close to the level of their customer service, then Hogan & Van gets an A+.

Recently had my Yukon Denali in for bumper repair and very happy with the quality of work and customer service at Hogan & Van. The staff was easy to work with and the work that was done on the car was top notch - and I got my car back earlier than promised! They went over the details of what was done and good to know that they used all genuine GM parts. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to have any work done.

Took my Honda CRV for repair at Hogan & Van after a rare ended accident. After the repairs i realized what a horrible job the team had done for the repairs. The car was returned with damage and i had to take it back for repairs. The team did not take the responsibility for the damage and asked me pay additional charges as to fix the damage. The body shop did not provide bills in the proper format and came back asking for more money as my insurance company was not ready to accept the bills in their format. would not recommend anyone using Hogan and Van for Honda repairs.

I can't say enough positive things about Hogan Van & Auto. I recently had my Jeep appraised for some damage which occurred as a result of a shopping cart ramming into the front grill of my vehicle. Adam, Dee and George were consummate professionals during the process. Each of them were very communicative, followed through with estimated time of repairs, and it was ready exactly when they promised, they also explained each item of the damage thoroughly to me.

They assisted with some additional information which my insurance adjuster needed. Finally, they washed and cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up after the repairs were completed. I highly recommend Hogan & Van Auto Body for your car repair needs.

Staff is courteous and respectful. However, repairs took a week longer than expected and there were unforeseen charges.

Was looking for a place to help fix up some minor body issues with my front bumper and some issues with my plates. The guys were extremely professional and great to work with. No nonsense and just got the job done. There is a minimum charge of $60, which is tough, but worked with me to bundle things in since the work I needed done was very minor. Overall, I've been very satisfied with this place, and is now my go to for any car body issues I might have. Great place!

These guys are pros. I had a tar on paint issue years ago that involved wet tar covering the entire body of a sedan that they got off without an issue. Easily surpassed all expectations I had for salvaging the paint on that sedan. 5 weeks ago, I got rear ended by some idiot on the Zakim, and Hogan and Van did a miraculous job fixing the rear end and subframe of my Pathfinder. The car looks better than when I drove it off the dealership lot 3 years ago. I can't say enough about these guys. Very happy to recommend anyone to them.

Hogan & Van did a great job on my truck. Nice people to work with, they dealt with the insurance company, and the extra work I requested came in right on budget and on time. Very satisfied with with the work they did.

A year after repairs, the paint never really matched to begin with but I figured who cares it's just a pick up truck I hardly use. Now the paint is falling off, there is a crack in the filler they used. The Quality at this shop has just gone down, my neighbor also had a truck repaired here and he had to bring it back to fix an awful paint job. Not happy with this place don't bring your vehicle here if you care about it.

I left my car with them on a whim after my car was hit by a plow, primarily because they were within 5 minutes of my house. It could not have been a better choice! Despite having a full schedule, they were great about keeping me updated and ultimately did great work on my car. I would highly recommend them.

This is the only place I will ever bring my vehicle. The folks at Hogan & Van are courteous, professional, and have an exceptional work product. I have since moved away from the area and still consider this place my go to repair shop. It is definitely worth the drive!

Can't say enough good things about this place. They were super easy and pleasant to work to with and my car looks fantastic after having been hit by tractor. They worked with the insurance company regarding how much it would cost, I didn't have to go back and forth with them at all. Definitely would go there again (though hopefully I don't have to).

A wiseman once said "Sh*t Happens." And sometimes that sh*t involves some broad sideswiping your vehicle giving it an unsightly appearance. Thankfully there are places like Hogan and Van willing to make your car look like nothing ever happened (for a fee of course). There were so many upsides to dealing with these guys and zero downsides besides the fact I didnt have a car during this time. 1.

They worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to do a damn thing related to payments. 2. They still took my car in for repair even after my dumbass forgot to make an appointment 3. They gave me a ride to the T after I dropped the car off 4. They kept me well informed about my car's status 5. The car was returned looking good as new (well at least the part that was damaged) 6.

They were extremely professional. Excellent client service. I can't speak to the price because my insurance did it all. I wasn't really shopping around so I have no idea how they compare in that category. But they do great work. If you end up in one of those crappy situations, don't fret, Hogan and Van has got yo' back.

I can't believe it took me this long to write H&V a review! My car got hit last year, and I was overwhelmed by the situation. I'm pretty sure I was told about this place by my insurance company, but I also had seen it a ton of times as I pulled into Atlas LQ next door. I called, spoke to one of the guys in the office. Dropped my car off, and was kept up to date with calls from the same guy- Adam? - I'd spoken to originally.

They kept a realistic time line for me for the repairs, I got myself a rental for the duration ( a week ) and when it was all ready, I went to pick it up and was greeted by friendly people, and got through the paperwork quickly. One thing they forgot was my fog lightbulb in my passenger side light kit. Oopsie! I went back as soon as I noticed - which was about a week later.

They replaced the light and wiped down my car so it looked shiny and new again! I would highly recommend these guys for auto repair, especially after an accident. They are friendly, helpful, and do a really nice job. If, godforbid, I have to get my poor car fixed again, I'll go back to Hogan & Van. For sure.
