The gentlemen here have great customer service and they go above and beyond for customers! They had my car and were sent the wrong piece. The factory ended up back ordered on the correct part. They not only accommodated me getting back in right away, they repaired the piece themselves vs. replacing it. I am so pleased with the results! I really thought it was beyond repair. Magic.

Sorry my other half has the before picture. 1 3in scratch to the metal and 3 other 1 inch scratches also to the metal. You find them, hahah.

Had big dents in the rear fender and tailgate of our 2017 Ram 1500. Twin City Collision's estimate was much lower than Chehalis Collision Center. It was several weeks before they could get to the job, but when that time came, Mike did an excellent job after keeping the truck for a week. The paint work was flawless and the truck was returned spotless.
The final bill was not one penny more than the estimate. He even came in on Saturday when it was easier for us to pick up. We could not be happier and will bring all our future business to them. Thank you for everything!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Had car for months, when car was returned to me hood was not aligned correctly, fenders were left loose, and bumper was not reinstalled. Paint looks good. They had our car for over a month! They said it was because the insurance company didn't give them permission. Once they got permission it was still a couple of weeks! Then the day I was due to pick it up he said they had to keep it to take to the mechanic because the check engine light came On! I told him no, we are coming to get it! Guess what, the check engine light never did come on! Hmmmmm makes a person wonder what is going on since insurance was flipping the bill!

Earlier this afternoon (the day before Thanksgiving) I locked my keys in the car at Safeway. After calling a few places to find someone to get me back in the car someone recommended I call Twin City Collision. Not only were they able to come, the guy apologized that I was going to have to wait 20 minutes for the other person to get back. After getting into my incredibly difficult car, he wouldn't even take a tip. Thank you so much! Best service I've had in a long time.

After having had a fender-bender in our red pickup, we took our truck to Twin City Collision. They were able to find a replacement fender, and we had our truck back sooner than we expected. We were very impressed with the job they did, and how they were able to match the paint color! After it was done, you couldn't even tell it had a "boo-boo". They all seemed very friendly and professional. I would definitively refer friends to their shop.
