My family has been using D&T Body shop for decades. We have had an outstanding experience over all of these years. Everyone is very kind, patient in their explanations, and so honest, great work. If you are looking for a body shop in the Dayton area, I can honestly say that your search should end here. They are 5 stars across the board!

Had an accident with a deer recently and the estimate was quick, however it took awhile to get the repairs completed so expect that. I understand parts are harder to get these days, but they were able to work with my insurance easily and I had a rental car in the meantime. They are really nice in the office and Rod is very helpful in explaining everything going on. My car looks new again!

I have taken two cars to D&T both which had passenger side damage. First time had absolutely no issues they did a wonderful job. Recently took my current car after damage from a deer and was very disappointed but expressed my disappointment to Dennis who apologized and explained the car unfortunately got pass him without his approval and they made it right! Very pleased with the overall outcome, good people and will continue to do business with them!

D&T was so amazing for us! We were visiting the area for the July 4 holiday and someone broke into our car at our hotel, stealing contents and smashing windows in the vehicle. The staff at D&T were planning on a quiet catch-up day in the office on July 5 but instead they jumped in to help us, did an estimate for insurance, called to price and procure the replacement windows and frame we needed, and finished the work by the close of business the very next day.
We really appreciated their professionalism, quick action, and excellent workmanship. They even cleaned out all the smashed glass throughout the car. Service was above and beyond and truly appreciated. Would highly recommend them. They networked seamlessly with USAA insurance. Awesome!

I included the pictures of the before and after of the great work Dennis and his team did on my daughter's I30 Infiniti Radiator cross support member. I found the part, and he installed it for a good and fair price for two days just under 7 hours of labor. This will make her car safe for driving to highschool and all. Thank you.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM D&T. I bought a Ford Escape last March for a reasonable price. 3 months in and the brake lines busted. Fair enough, it is a used car, no big deal. A few days ago the flex pipe snapped and the exhaust was just hanging from below the vehicle. Went and got a diagnostic and was told the control arms also need to be replaced, one of them was on it's last legs. Fine, this a used car and things happen.
However as they dug deeper, they found the entire subframe on the passenger side is completely rusted and rotted out and they said it could literally break at anytime, and cause an accident. My mechanic told me that the previous owner absolutely knew about this, especially if it was bought at a body shop. So stay away from this place, they care about your money but not your safety. I only owned the car for around 9 months.

After speaking to them on the phone, telling them the year make and model of my car and the extent of damages I had, and then having my car towed all the way out to the shop, they told me they wouldn't work on it because they didn't want to deal with the hassle. So I had to drive my busted up car all the way back home with the fender dragging against my tire because I used my free tow up getting it there and could not afford to have it towed back home. Why?
Because they couldn't just tell me over the phone that they wouldn't touch it. Thanks for nothing other than the anxiety I experienced trying to drive home without having my tire get torn to shreds.

I had an incident occur to my car a week ago that I can't explain, but this place came up as one that worked with my insurance. The women in the office were very nice and the men who own the place provided great customer service. My car looked better than ever and although I didn't ask, it looked like they even vacuumed it! Highly impressed!

I took my 2016 Toyota Highlander to D&T and worked with Kim and Dennis and had a great experience from being to end. Their quote was very detailed and they helped me work with my insurance company which made the process seemless. Upon completion their work was flawless. It looks like new! Thanks D&T!

Extremely rude customer service. Came for an estimate and man looked at my car and said he can't help and said I would need someone else to look at it. Didn't make eye contact and walked inside never to return. Didn't help me where I needed to go next or anything like that. They didn't seem busy either so I worry about their reliability. Remember customer service is key people!
