Very pleased with service and pricing, and hopefully have found a regular service location for my motorhome.

I would not recommend B & C for any of your RV upgrades. I contracted them to install accessible doors for my lift that never met my needs to begin with. The handle was installed so high that I could not reach it. Also the bracket that held the pin to the door was attached only to the skin of the door the screws ripped right thru. On the first trip I took the back door flew open while traveling at 60 mph and slammed into the man door which broke the window on it.

It was one month out of warranty therefore they would not stand behind it. Although they did refer us to the manufacturer of the door who would have covered the door replacement as well as any damages. But when we sent them a picture of the door they said they would never build such a cheap door as the ones B&C installed they assured us the door did not come from them. B&C will not provide any information on who did build the doors and will not stand behind their workmanship.

On our initial conversation Ken commented "I didn't think those doors would work anyway". And laughed. I am a paraplegic and unable to do the gymnastics it takes to try to secure the doors in order to keep them from flying open while driving. This has become too much of a hazard to even drive anywhere with my Motorhome. The door will fly open even while parked with just gust of wind. B&C take no pride in their workmanship has terrible customer sercice and does not stand behind their work.

I have used these guys for about 10 years since I acquired a Casita trailer and they had done the prior service. I bought a used trailer in good condition and they have always done a great job in a timely fashion. They have helped me out of a jam a time or two. The best part, they are not perfect. But they back up what they do and have always provided good customer satisfaction. I prefer a locally owned shop vs a national company. I recommend.

Called to talk over the phone. I was nice, tried to look at my schedule. Ken was immediately rude. I asked him some questions to get some information and he continued to be rude. When I finally asked about soonest availability just to get an idea, the response was "youre not the only one I service". He was very rude and impatient from the beginning. Found another RV repair shop that is 24 hours.

We were disappointed with B&C Marine and RV repair. We had just purchased a 1993 Beaver Patriot that we brought into inspection. We were quoted $260 for a full inspection. However, after we went to pick it up they informed us they were unable to open up the cargo doors with the keys we provided. I am frustrated they did not call us when they encountered this problem as I would have informed them those keys did open the cargo doors, and they needed to try all the keys.

At worst case I would have been happy to come down to show them how to insert the keys and open the cargo doors. As such, the majority of what I wanted out of the inspection for was not done. They also informed me that there were things wrong with the RV that supposedly did not work. Yet they had been working before I brought it in, and worked after I retrieved the RV.

I understand not everyone is comfortable working on older RV's, however I wish that they would have informed me they do not have experience inspecting or operating older RV's, instead I feel that I wasted $260. I am also not confident in the inspection they did of things that did work, per the previous issues outlined above. As such I cannot recommend this place.

Perhaps if you have a new RV it would be fine. I would suggest you be present while the inspection is happening though. I also left them the manual in case they had questions, but they brushed me off. Overall, highly unsatisfied. I am writing on my daughters google account. My name is David Davis. ***The owners response is unsatisfactory. If they could not open the bay doors they should have called me.

I have been opening the bay doors before/since we dropped off the RV for inspection. My issue is with this companies unwillingness to communicate with its customers. As I stated before, the repairs that they suggested were issues that were mainly cosmetic that I didn't care about or were with things that actually still worked once I picked up the RV.

The issues that I wanted to know about had to do with the RV's inverter, which are accessed through the bay doors. They were not willing to get the bay doors open, this could not complete a full inspection. Furthermore, the company said that the leveling system was broken. I leveled the RV both before and after their inspection-which leads me to believe that this company did a terrible job inspecting this RV.

We also were not referred to this company. We did a cursory google search and found their company to have good reviews-it said on their website "we deliver more than we promise". Ha, that is not the case. And we certainly do not have buyers remorse as almost everything they said in their inspection that did not work, actually does work. The things we wanted inspected were located in the bay doors, which they did not access thus could not get inspected. Also the keys do not have rust on them. I have attached a picture as proof. Beware of this business. They will take your money and not do anything.

Fantastic job. The work was exceptional and the price was less than I expected. Had several laughs with the owner and the manager. Great people. My wife and I would highly recommend them if your RV needs repaired. By the way there's one of the stupidest reviews on her where some woman complained because they didn't hold the door for her. I have no idea what that has to do with quality repair work at a fair price. But you'll get a good laugh reading it. Again great service. We WILL go back if we ever need work done again Mike & Paula G

Outstanding associates and service department. Storing my trailer there is extremely easy and I know it is safe. I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone looking for somewhere to store or service their RV/trailer/vehicle/boat. The owners are always very attentive and very helpful.

We were in a bad spot, traveling across the state and down to TX where there were heavy thunderstorms and we were on a tight schedule. Our roof vent cover had blown apart. And we would have no way to get on top of our coach conversion to fix the issue ourselves. Anyone traveling on the road for long distances knows the stress this kind of problem can cause. Spoke w/ Eric via phone, he was extremely courteous and helpful, but also let us know that the shop was going to be closing in just a couple of hours.

We had a bit of a distance to cover but you can be sure we high-tailed it there. It was a huge blessing to find a shop that would service us same-day, giving consideration to the fact that we were on the road and in a tough spot. Couple other shops we contacted would have nothing to do with us and our quick repair as the other guys wanted us to schedule us out for a couple of weeks.

We made it to the shop with time to spare, we were greeted courteously even though it was just a small (but for us, very important) repair. This kind of quick, low $ repair close to closing time with almost no advance notice, and friendly repair staff, was a pretty unusual experience for us. Who does that these days? I'd say a business who cares about the community they serve.

These guys are on our go-to list of places to recommend and call on when the need again arises. Work was completed correctly, at a fair price, and a great attitude. Thank you! Phil

Eric is the best. He won't steer you wrong. He will do his best to give you the lowest price possible on RV repairs. It sometimes takes them awhile to get to your vehicle because they are busy, but have patience, it's worth it.

18 years ago I bought my RV. Less than a week later I managed to poke a hole in its side, not a huge hole, but still a hole. The dealer I bought the rig from said I had to replace the entire side of the vehicle, at a rather extravagant cost. Then I found B & C (Big Al's). Not only could they fix the problem, it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Since then I've spent more money there (how many time can you hit the same tree branch in front of your house and need to replace the ladder?) it is an RV after all. Ken, Eric and Elana have helped keep my rig running well and me safe. I'm still waiting for the free paint job, but in the meantime I will recommend this business to anyone with RV need. Martha P.S. the answer is 3, 3 times same tree:)
