Great company to deal with! I received an estimate from Tom, he took his time, listened and found a reasonable solution to repair my vehicle. He is courteous and kind to deal with!

I went in for an estimate on my Mercedes wagon I Was debating to file a claim or pay out of pocket. I took my 2019 Rav 4 in for a price quote after accidentally scrapping the passenger side doors. Got a very reasonable quote that was a little over my auto insurance deductible so I decided to just pay out of pocket in order to keep the no-claim discount from my auto insurance. The staff there was very easy to work with, professional, friendly, reliable, and finished the job right on cost and schedule.

The quote from them was 3 times less than what the Toyota dealer quoted! To be fair, I also requested Spectrum to focus on just fixing the doors and not worry about fixing my side bumpers, though I don't think that accounts for the huge price difference. I highly recommend Spectrum.

Tom was very thorough in explaining the process of the work required for my Mercedes, from the initial examination to the completion date Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable in his work. Horrible communication. Straight up. Anytime I wanted info I had to reach out and ask, and they never had it on hand. Staff promised callbacks that never happened and I was lied to multiple times. Speaking of multiple times, the completion date was pushed back at least 3 times. I was given a quote that included 5 days of possession, but they had my car for nearly a month.

I came here based on the Google reviews, but if I ever need work done again I'll just go with my insurance companys list of recommended providers. This was such a pain. Not sure what all those weird dots on the front bumper are, either. EDIT: My name is Anthony, not Tony. If I wanted people to call me Tony I would let them know. Also, I didn't say NO communication, I said HORRIBLE communication. Yes, you talked to me, but promised callbacks were not executed and the only text I received was to say an update would be forthcoming, which did not happen. Bottom line, the work was fine, but communication is key. I'm sure you've heard the saying, and it's true.
