This is a great shop with fair prices and quick and professional service. Depending on the issue they can provide options for your needs and price range and list the pros and cons of each option. John is sympathetic, knows how important your vehicle is to your daily life, and wants it up and running safely and quickly. I would highly recommend this place.

My vehicle has unfortunately been hit twice for catalytic converter theft and John and the team at All American Auto have taking care of me both times. With supply issues and an increase in demand, the parts took time to come in but John updated me frequently to let me know what to expect. The team also went the extra mile to pick up my car at my house when they were ready to do the repair since I live close enough to the shop. John is on top of the process with insurance so it has been a light lift on my end. I trust the work and the people here and I'm happy to support a neighborhood business. Planning on brining my service here for general maintenance and repairs!

It's such a relief to find a trustworthy mechanic, especially as a single woman. I've never had a place tell me I don't need to worry about a costly possible repair, nor take the time to help me understand what they did and why they asked the questions they did. They even offered to keep track of my previous fixes at other places so they don't keep asking me if I need my timing belt done Ten stars.

I've used All American Auto a handful of times now for my '06 BMW and I simply can't say enough positive things about them. They continue to provide high quality and HONEST service. A number of times they could have likely up-charged me and replaced something that didn't need changing. Instead, they went out of their way to do the most straight forward, simple solution that fixed the problem. I know I'd have been "sold" something additional if I'd gone to the dealership! I'll be recommending and using All American for years to come!

John and Dave take time to explain aspects that I would not otherwise understand. I have been taking my cars to them since 2011, and have nothing but positive experiences. They are accessible and even with small items that don't make them money they are helpful. When I was in a bind one time years ago, John even gave me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle.

While I haven't gotten multiple estimates from different shops to compare, I get the sense that they are not unreasonable for price, especially given the superior service and honesty.

All American Auto has been our neighborhood go to auto repair shop for more than 10 years. We trust all our cars with John, Dave, Jamie and Aaron. They are reliable and give honest recommendations when it comes to repairs or evaluations of vehicles-new or used. It is nice to keep the business in the neighborhood instead of driving across town to a dealer.

They do their very best to get our service scheduled and completed in the a speedy manor. I also appreciate their willingness to check my car out if I stop by with a concern. We have young adult drivers who have received helpful advice and reminders from All American about how to mange their maintenance needs. All-American Auto is my go-to auto shop and I recommend them more than any other business in the Twin Cities. John, Dave, Aaron and Jamie are all wonderful men who take the time to explain my car issues to me. I always leave there feeling like I understand my car better. I always feel safe after leaving my car in their hands. Prices are comparable to other shops in the area but honestly I would pay higher for the amount of service these men put forth. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!

All American is the BEST! They were highly recommended to me 7 years ago. It turned out to be one of the most valuable recommendations I've ever received. John and his staff combine both competence and integrity into the service they provide. I've confidence in the care they show me and my vehicles. Along with maintaining my vehicles they have been most helpful in helping me evaluate pre-owned cars for myself and my daughters before purchase.

Haven't had a dud yet! In addition they have taken the time to instruct and advise my daughters in how to take care of their first vehicles. Now there are TWO generations of All American fans in the household!
