I can not recommend them, especially Joseph, highly enough. I went through an absolute nightmare of a situation with Allstate and Copart, and Joseph helped me navigate through it all. My car ended up being a total loss, but without his help I never would have gotten justice with the other two companies. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Moral of the story, never use Allstate for car insurance, and always go to Highland Collision for repairs and service.

Joseph at Highland Collision went above and beyond helping me navigate a difficult claims adjuster even after the car was found to be a total loss. They are super reliable, nice guys. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use them to repair my vehicle as it was ultimately declared a total loss. HOWEVER, the service and professionalism provided by Joseph, the General Manager, was outstanding. They came highly recommended by people I trust and it proved that way. He was able to help answer any questions that I had regarding insurance and damage to the vehicle and to navigate my next steps. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an honest evaluation of your vehicle.

If you ever need body work done on your car, Highland Collision Center is the place you want. My car needed some serious renovation, and EVERYONE at this center went out of their way to be accommodating. All staff were very professional and polite. Highland Collision is AMAZING. I went there today because my Jeep's sunroof got stuck open (of course the week it starts pouring rain) and they got me in right away and fixed it in less than an hour. They were all so kind, obviously very knowledgeable and reputable, and they really made my day. The shop is very nice as well. The sunroof getting jammed was a super unfortunate situation for me that could have really snowballed, and these guys really saved my butt. Thank you Highland Collision, you guys are rock stars and I will definitely be back whenever I need auto body repair

This is the place to go. They replied quick and had me come in the next day to have my vehicle inspected. My vehicle had some minor scratches and dent on the rear bumper and the staffs were helpful and texted every steps they were doing to the car. Price is good for no insurance and they even make sure the inside was clean as it was brought brand new. I cant find anything wrong with this shop. Thank you guys for the repair and paint job. Awesome job Highland Collision.

Gary was amazing to work with. The estimate was very competitive. He coordinated everything with not only my insurance company, but also had the car rental place waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. It was seamless! The car looks better than when I bought it. And as an added bonus the interior was meticulously cleaned. Brought in my Mercedes for collision repair. As soon as I walked in, I had a good feeling about leaving my car in their hands. For a shop to be so clean and tidy is so rare, so I knew they would put just as much care and attention to detail in my vehicle. Overall, the communication was excellent, pricing was very fair, and service was completed quickly and impeccably. I'd give more stars if I could. Definitely coming back for all my car-service needs!
