I always went with my insurance's auto glass shops before when needed a windshield service. This time I was suggested to use OEM part for the windshield replacement due to numbers of tech features in the car. I did not get the needed help from my insurance's designated shops. I was warned that I might have to pay some out-of-pocket cost for the higher cost of OEM parts.
My insurance company was mostly great whenever I needed assistance before. Why not this time? So, my friend suggested to contact AAG. He spoke highly of the establishment and he was right. My experience was all positive after working them. Tiffany was quickly setting up a claim with my insurance. She assured that it would be fully covered by my insurance policy and there is nothing I need to worry.
When OEM parts were ordered and arrived, it took my installer Dan about 2 hours to complete the installation. I was pleased with the result (install, cleanup jobs) and the whole process, from start to finish. I highly recommend AAG and would go back if I need windshield service in the future.

These people are amazing. They had some trouble sourcing my door glass(discontinued products) and so I found it on my own accord on the internet. When it arrived on a Tuesday night I called and made an appointment to try and get it installed before the rain the next evening and they made it happen. Very nice people and they do in fact install glass that they do not source themselves which is good to know.

I did not have insurance when my windshield needed to be replaced. I was given a fair quote when I called and Advantage Auto Glass honored the quote. I was promptly scheduled and the work was done when promised. The technician was friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend Advantage Auto Glass.

The technician was outstanding! He called and asked if he could show up a bit earlier than the scheduled time. Absolutely! When he got here unfortunately they had pulled the wrong windshield. The technician was very apologetic and advised he would be locating the correct one right away. Within a couple hours I received a call that he had located the right windshield and asked if he could come back that day.
We set up a time and he arrived early which was fantastic! He was super professional and very quick! I would recommend Advantage Auto Glass to everyone who needs glass repair!

Fantastic service! I had my windshield replaced with Advantage Auto Glass after being referred by State Farm. Marcos went above and beyond. He was so nice and I noticed my dashboard was wiped clean, which was definitely not necessary for the job. Great to work with, and they drove 30 miles out of the cities to do the work in my driveway. I would recommend to anyone!

The ordering process was easy and informative. Tiffany did an exceptionally job. The installation by Michael was cleanly done. He arrived at the scheduled time and completed quickly. The instructions were simple and direct as to how to care for a windshield replacement. I would confidently and easily recommend and refer them to family and friends
