Northland Collision - Lakeville

Great collision repair shop that does quality work and backs up their work. I appreciate the fact that they covered the cost of the rental car that my insurance didn't cover.

My car sadly got keyed just a few months after I bought it. I took it to a few body shops for quotes and decided to go with Northland Collision. They gave me a EXCELLENT quote and customer service was phenomenal! My car got finished within the day and came back looking brand new and they even cleaned the inside! I couldn't be happier that I took my car to them! I will recommend them to anybody who needs body work!

I had something go through my drivers side window when I was driving. It shattered completely. Still in shock from what happened I called Northland Collision and they told me to bring it right over, and the woman on the phone was so sweet. When I got there, Duane and the team looked at it and took amazing care of me and my van. He told me they would figure out a plan and not to worry.

He found a used window to save me a bunch of money and had it ready the next day. He even gave me a loaner to make sure I had a way to get around. When I picked it up, it was perfect. The team even cleaned/vacuum the inside out to make sure there was no glass left behind. They were everything I really needed in a stressful day. The whole team was wonderful. I would completely recommend!

I have used Northland collision several times. The owner Dwayne is a great guy the whole group does an excellent job. They are definitely my auto repair facility.

This review is based solely on customer service. My business was refused due to the fact that I wouldn't give them any of my insurance information. I already had the insurance company assess the damage and cut me a check. I was simply there to have my car fixed and pay them to do so. They refused to even look at my car and sent me to another shop. Totally unprofessional, I would not recommend.

Had my rear bumper repaired and they exceeded my expectations. Very fast and my car looks awesome. Pretty sure they polished my car and detailed it. so nice of them. Thanks Northland!

Today my niece to stop by Rosemont collision to get an estimate for having her bumpers repainted on her 2012 Volvo. I live in Connecticut and have been in this industry for approximately 30 years. My niece will accompany me to work as a child so she is somewhat familiar to the industry. Subsequent to receiving an estimate from Rosemont collision the estimate was forwarded to me for review.

Following the review of said estimate I have come to the conclusion that the estimator and/or management of Rosemont collision are either stupid or attempting to defraud a woman. On their estimate they had written to refinish a three stage paint. Her vehicle does not have a three stage paint. Rosemont collision had also included in their estimate time to remove and reinstall the front and rear bumper covers.

And removing bumper covers on vehicles of this generation there is multiple clips that require removal and replacement as they break during the removal process. None of the aforementioned clips were listed on the estimate. This again leads me to believe they had intended to perpetrate a fraud and not remove the bumper covers for painting or they were just stupid.

Anyone with the industry knowledge is fully aware of the necessity of clip replacement subsequent to removal on these vehicles. If I could put less than one star I would and I would not recommend Rosemont collision to anybody for any type of repair!

I decided on Northland Collision after I was rear-ended because A) they were a preferred business with the paying insurance and B) they had a high rating on Google and elsewhere. They lived up to the ratings! Very easy to work with, very VERY easy to get a loaner car, my bumper looks fantastic and they unexpectedly cleaned the interior which was a pit due to my two small children. Picking up my car felt like Christmas morning. Thanks for the great customer service and great work!

They did such a great job that I could not see that anything was ever wrong! They went above and beyond, dusting out my car and cleaning the windshield, freeloaner was great a nice new car! I will be back if I ever need body work done again!

Amazing! They went above and beyond anything I could have excepted. I called to make an appointment and they told me to just come by whenever I could. They looked at it right away and told me they would deal with the insurance company themselves. The car rental place we booked messed up our reservations and Northland was able to get us a rental car on the spot. We were referred here by a friend and we will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Free rental car? Big plus! Super fast repairs? This is the place! Very professional, quality work and they take the hassle of dealing with your (or not even your) insurance company. I dropped off the car, 4 days later it was brand spanking new again. They quickly ordered additional parts after discovering internal damage, worked everything out with the insurance company, and their price was very fair. I am a very happy customer.
