I mean what can I say. This place meets all the criteria you are looking for in a shop. Amazing service, great people, and great experience. Prices are completely fair and have better techs than most Mercedes dealerships. Impeccable knowledge and upmost respect for their customers. This family owned business is a true gem and will be around for decades to come. Glad I came accross this place for all issues pertaining to my vehicles. Sonya and Kevin are a powerhouse duo!

Needed a service on my Mercedes Benz S class. Dealer price was obviously very expensive. Also had a rear brake issue that I couldn't resolve myself. Called and talked to Kevin. He was super nice and easy to deal with. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Dropped the car off on a Tuesday afternoon and it was ready for pick up the following afternoon.
Service complete and brake issue fixed. Pricing was fair and everyone in the office was a pleasure to deal with. If I ever need anything done on my car that the warranty doesn't cover, I won't go anywhere else but Inland Mercedes!

This place might be fine if you have a four or five year old Mercedes that is out of warranty and just need basic things done like oil changes. Don't expect them to be super knowledgeable about anything related to slightly older cars. I asked if I could speak with someone about a few cars I have and if someone could help me. The person who answered the phone said she was very familiar with Mercedes cars and could answer any questions I have.
But then she wouldn't answer any of my questions until I gave my full name. I guess she's not used to dealing with people that have a name that is even the slightest bit ethnic. She then asked me what cars I had I told her I had an R129 and a W124. These are the most basic and most helpful ways of describing the Mercedes models that you have ESPECIALLY TO A MERCEDES SHOP!
She didn't know what either of these meant and when I sounded concerned she started basically yelling at me and berating me. Once I told her that it sounded like she was having a bad day and she should stop yelling at me she got super defensive. I just said OK no problem I'll just share my experience online her response was a very apathetic "go ahead" Go somewhere else if you want a knowledgeable person answering the phone before you turn your baby over to a new mechanic. edit: they called and left me a message four minutes after this interaction, they probably realized how yelling at a potential new customer isn't the way business should be done.

Very impressed with the exceptional service that I received - Kevin and his team, including Sonia the office manager were appropriate and professional from the very first communication and I am pleased with the service that I received and the plan for future maintenance. I purchased a 2004 CLK 320 and brought it to Inland Mercedes based on the great reviews that I saw online and they far exceeded all of my expectations and will be my first call for all things Mercedes.
There is an expectation of exorbitant fees when it comes to Mercedes Benz'; however, the services that I needed were cost effective and the services were complete within a few days. Sonia also followed up a day or so afterwards to ensure that everything was working as expected and I was pleased. I highly recommend Inland Mercedes and will be a repeat customer!

Dishonest. Initially was quoted $675 for service (A), receptionist called back and explained the mistake in cost. I agreed to service my vehicle with them at the adjusted rate - I asked if this would include "resetting the maintenance light", she replied with "yes". Received my car back with a BS explanation of it needing a software update - checked and no software update was needed. Disloyal tactics - all that was done was an expensive oil change, ADVISORY: they do not use recommended Mobil 1.

Just picked up my GL 450 today for repair replacing the intake manifold and engine thermostat and even though the service took a week I was very satisfied with how professional I was treated as well as the items that were identified very clearly which needed to be replaced. I would not recommend any other shop for your Mercedes Benz especially if you are located in the inland empire area.

I was fortunate enough to come across Inland Mercedes a couple of years ago, so this review is way past due. Integrity and honesty, no other way to describe Sonia and Kevin. Their shop is pristine! Kevin is highly knowledgeable and he will never tell you that you are in need of a repair, when you are not! I highly recommend this shop to any Mercedes owner because honest repair shops are few and far between.

I'm thrilled to have found Inland Mercedes Service! I had been taking my car to the dealership for years until I moved to Riverside. My husband wanted to find a mechanic near us with enough experience to do a good job. This was the best decision we made! Kevin is very knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain the problems with my car and answered all my questions.
His pricing is always extremely reasonable. I had been quoted a price by the dealership to replace the motor mounts and Kevin charged a fraction of that, not to mention the air conditioning fan and the replacement of the oxygen sensor. Each time I've brought my vehicle for service and repairs it's been a great experience. His beautiful wife, Sonia, is so kind (as is Kevin) and helpful.
She even offered to take me to pick up my rental car. Who does that? I've never experienced this kind of service. They treat you as family. I can't see myself ever going someplace else. Kevin and Sonia, keep up the great work!

People you can trust! I live in another state but my college daughter lives in California. She has a 2017 Mercedes that she ran the brakes all the way down to nothing! ugh. I did SO much research and called so many places and I kept coming back to Inland Mercedes. From the second I reached out to them, Kevin and Sonia have been amazing. They run such a great operation.
Great customer service, reasonable and fair pricing and NO pressure! You can call them for estimates, take your car to them, whatever you want and they will not pressure you to use them for the repairs. They specialize in Mercedes, which was perfect for us. I felt so comfortable having them work on the car and my daughter says the car runs better than ever before! Thank you!

I have been taking my 2007 Mercedes GL450 to to Kevin for over two years. He is the best in business hands down. Kevin is very honest and an experts in repairing Mercedes. Our family has been going to Inland Mercedes for as long as I can remember. My dad started to take his Mercedes there in the early 90s and we have always relied on Kevin and his family for reliable Mercedes service and repair. Growing up with such reliable service from Kevin, and how reliable the cars are, my first car was a Mercedes. I have always driven a Mercedes ever since the day I got my license and I always take it to Kevin for every service and repair. Kevin is very knowledgeable, very efficient and affordable.
I can honestly say that Kevin is the reason our family keeps going back to the Mercedes dealer to keep buying their cars. The only worry in our family now is.what are we going to do when Kevin decides to retire.this comes up in conversation at our household more than you would think.

Great service, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. We brought our Mercedes in for its B service and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service. I have been taking my car to Inland Mercedes since 1998. Kevin is the reason I buy pre-owner Mercedes. He is fair, honest, price conscious and his work is exceptional. To me there is only one Mercedes Mechanic and Services Center and that is Inland Mercedes. My husband was more than satisfied with the transmission repair they provided on his C250 so I decided to bring my GLC 300 here for the B5 service. Sonia gave us a very good quote compared to the MB of Temecula but I was more than happy when I got the final bill since it was almost $300 less. The kind of customer service they provided exceeded my expectations.
I got a complimentary car wash as well & an honest to goodness breakdown of what they did & they didn't do because they weren't needed yet. Inland Mercedes Service is truly worth the highest recommendation. Thank you Sonia & expect us to be back when another service is due.

We Own 2 MB and after getting referred by a friend years ago, I wouldn't go no where else. The customer service, loyalty and friendship w/ Kevin & Sonia can't be beat. There maintenance records on our cars is always up to date. There prices are the BEST in the Inland Empire or even in SoCal I should say. Kevin is always honest and will tell you what needs to be done and always uses OEM parts not after market parts.
There are no surprise or added prices from Kevin, Straight forward. If Kevin worked on American diesel trucks too I would bring my truck to him as well. Kevin, Sonia and your son, thank you for everything you guys do! always

My family has been using Inland Mercedes for years. Kevin does quality affordable work at a portion of the price that dealers charge. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes cars. He and his wife are both very professional and honest. If you can live without the "free" donuts and "free" rental while you're car is being worked on, then I'd highly recommend this place over the dealership. I use the word "free" lightly because in reality you're absolutely paying for all of it with the prices that you pay at the dealership.

Went in for schedule A maintenance. Was done quickly and professionally. Had my entire car looked over. The price was more than fair and will definitely be back when my baby needs service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions. This was my first time here. I understand that this is a new location. Thanks for keeping the Benz running at top performance.
