I called about a potential wiring issue and he told me that it may just be a dimmer switch, and to just come in so he could look really fast and if it was more complicated we could set up an appointment. I went in and it was just a switch to my embarrassment and he didn't even laugh at me. He was amazingly nice and professional. I will be going back and so will my family.
