My insurance is state farm and this place is not a good place to go because they don't have enough room to take the vehicle, so they are willing to refuse specially for rideshare and delivery service drivers. Tow company then take the vehicle to storage and you will loose too many days by not working and then you guys have to call the tow company, state farm, and agero, state farm Towing supplier in order to release your vehicle during the hard time we are going through.
End of the day everything is the business. Tow truck will take your vehicle to storage, so they can be compensate for storage fees. Until the tow company will don't get paid then vehicle is stuck at the Towing storage place. Rental car does not let their vehicles drive for rideshare.

I was recommended by the insurance company State Farm as one of the top Shops, and indeed they were correct, they fixed all the damage caused by a hit and Run, they replaced all the damaged parts and missing components within a reasonable time, top notch service, the car looked better than we I bought it, highly recommended, Tom at office is super helpful and straight forward, here are pictures of the before and after repairs done by Auto center of Desplaines, . Thank you for bringing this gas saver back to life.

I took my car here after an accident, the insurance company gave me this shop as an option. I was some what skeptical when pulling in. But after 1.5 weeks I received my car back looking like she was fresh off the shower room floor! Tom and his crew are amazing! Very professional! Very responsive! Recently had my 2012 Honda Odyssey repaired at this shop. My insurance is State Farm and they are one of the preferred shops to work with. We had such a great experience at this place. Our 2020 Hyundai Palisade was hit while we were parked, and we were worried that it would never be the same as before. We were directed to Auto Center of Des Plaines and were glad we went there. They were easy to work with, upfront about the process, handled everything with insurance, and delivered the car when they promised. Our Palisade is white with a pearl finish, and they made it look like nothing ever happened. Very impressed and very thankful.
