Just picked my car up here and it looked really great. The work is top notch and they finished on time. Very happy with the work done on my car. I wanted to give them 5 stars and I would recommend them with one really big reservation. The woman at the desk is so rude, rude on the phone, rude in person and in general just difficult to deal with. The other people we dealt with were really professional and polite but the front desk is a hot mess.

The body work may be fine but the rest of the act here is amateur hour. First they postpone the delivery time three times. When they say it's "ready, " it's not. An hour later I drove off in a damp, poorly washed car. (Class act that they were, the guy washed the car with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Hey, they're only ashes.)
