Everyone at Nationwide is professional and has gone out of their way to completely satisfy me, especially Chris. I know I can be 'a high maintenance' customer especially with my car. My car looks fantastic and the paint job is incredible. The customer service is outstanding, they set up a rental car for me and constantly keep you informed with text messages. Bittersweet. I think the work they did on my car for the insurance company was pretty good. If it holds up, I'd say great. No overspray, perfect paint match, and everything properly lines up. My only issues were that there was a scratch on my quarter panel that wasn't there when I dropped it off, looked like it was through the clear coat. And there was a clump of something that resembled scraped hardened paint on my hood.

I know these weren't there when I dropped the car off, as I took pictures of everything after parking the car and leaving it with them. I mentioned this to someone I took for the manager, and he wouldn't own it, saying he had pictures too, which is pretty funny because his pictures didn't show those things either and were taken AFTER I dropped it off.

His attitude was "We can call the insurance company and see what they say". After a little back and forth, he covered the scratch with touchup and removed the little chunk from the hood, and touched that up. Also gave me the bottle of touch-up. I was good with that, it's an older car. Whatever. I was also missing two items from my trunk. I didn't bring this up because I can't prove it, they weren't that expensive and I also signed a thing that said I emptied my personal belongings from the car.

But I know they were there, and they're not now. Whatever. That's on me. If you choose to use this place, just be thorough and take pictures of everything and remove ALL of your personal items from everywhere in the car. It looks like this place does a tremendous amount of volume and quickly in a limited space, so take that into account. But like I said, it looks like they otherwise do pretty decent work. I would've given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the other things I mentioned.

I have been driving for over 20 years and just got into my very first car accident. Although this was a scary time for me, I couldn't have been happier to have Geico as my insurance provider. I was so impressed with how Geico handled this situation it was unbelievable. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly professional! Geico was also very efficient and helped me to resolve my problem very quickly.

In fact, I got a brand new car a week later! I couldn't believe how fast everything went. As for working with Aldo, at this location, I was thrilled as to how diligent he was as far as issuing my settlement check. All in all, I am very happy to have Geico and even though I hope to never get into an accident again, if it does happen, I know I will be in great hands!

They were very pleasant to work with. I had to reschedule my initial drop off for repairs and they were very accommodating. They were straightforward and finished before the estimated date of completion. Pick up was very quick and no hassle. The body work was quick and looks great. They blended the color to match the doors so you can't tell it was in an accident. I've seen all too often when cars are repaired and the color does not match or it isn't blended properly. Professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you Nationwide.

I had a very nice experience with Nationwide. They did a review of the body work and suggested that I keep the car with me until they order the part to avoid the rental car costs. once the part was delivered, the car was repaired within the estimated time and they kept me updated every day. Normally I would give a lower rating to a company's service that resulted in delays, but I don't think I have seen a team work so hard to resolve problems as Nationwide Autobody. All clients dropping off scheduled body work showed up at once( between 12 and 15). The car rental provider didn't provide adequate personnel and transportation to get their customers back on the road.

They called, arranged and shuttled all of the clients within 15 minutes to expedite the process. Highly recommended by insurance companies for a reason. Texted the progress throughout the process. End result- fantastic job and A++ for customer service. Bravo!

Had my 2019 Hyundai Veloster repaired here after being rear ended. They were up front about how long the parts would take to arrive. After receiving the parts, they took almost 2 weeks to finish the repairs. The car looked better than when I bought it. (Used but still had some imperfections before the accident. ) I also saw right away they washed the car inside and out.

This was an extra step I was not expecting and was very welcomed! Especially the interior after using the car to move and was messy. I will be keeping Nationwide in the back of my mind if and when I need more bodywork done in the future.

Nationwide is a Geico Auto Repair Xpress shop, and since Geico was handling my claim I went there for convenience and had a good overall experience. Repair looks great, it was done earlier than promised, and it was all very easy. Recommended. Service: Body & Trim

My mirror was knocked off in a parking lot. State Farm recommended Nationwide Autobody. Upon calling them they had a very simple set up process. The only issue is that they are very busy and I had to wait a month for my car appointment. Once that appointment came, Natiknwide was very accommodating. They set up my rental through enterprise car rental.

They have special rates that were below State Farm's daily allowance. so no out of pocket fees for me! The car was done within a few days. Beautiful work and ahead of schedule completion! Win Win! Throughout the process I got constant updates through texts on progress of the repairs. When it came time for pickup, I was able to drop the rental off at Nationwide, pick my car up, and they took care of returning the rental to enterprise! Overall, the experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend them if you are not in a huge rush for the appointment!

I had a very bad experience with this body shop. Having received the car after repair, I immediately noticed damage to the driver's door, which was not there before. The owner and employees there do not respond to your complaints and do not even apologize for the damage. I strongly do not recommend them. Please be careful with this office if you take care of your car.

In response to your feedback. At first, the car was not so dirty that I would not have noticed this damage. For my feedback and insurance, it's all a lie. I told you that if you did not fixed what you did, I would complain and write you a bad reviews. In my opinion, this is logical. I have a photo of the car the day before arriving at your store and I told you about it and the insurance company also has these photos, there was no damage.

You don't know who I am at all. And to move on to personality is not very polite. It's about your attitude to customers. When I talking to you, it was immediately clear to me that this is not the first time you have such complaints, you know that I will not go to court because of such a trifle, it will cost me more. And for you, customer complaints just don't matter.

My car was recently hit by a motorist with substandard insurance. Nationwide went over and above to help me fix my car. My car looks better than before the accident. I have trusted nationwide with my other vehicles and they have always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to get your car fixed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just got my car back. Started as a one week repair, then went to three, but it took them four to finish. When I got the car back it smelled horrible. I let it sit with the windows open overnight to see if the smell went away but even worse the next day. I looked through the car only to find cigarette butts and ashes in my car. Smell is so bad I have to drive with windows down. Talked to manager but they told me that my insurance company would have to pay to get rid of the smell they caused. Never going back here again.

HORRIBLE WORK! Painted one rim Platinum and the other Silver. Missed main bolt on bumper. Either they missed the 4 inch scratch on passenger side below door or they made the scratch when they were painting my. rims they claimed they were 'replacing'! Christopher Wozny hung up on me when he laughed at me and I told him he should be laughing at the crappy job they did. Ed the manager did nothing to fix it and asked me to pick up my car because I couldn't prove to him they did the damage! Take it somewhere else. don't let Geico force you to come here! They have horrible body work and customer service.

We just picked up our car and it looks amazing. The staff went above and beyond. Their customer service has literally blown me away. I was thinking about leaving our insurance company because I do not like our monthly rate but the ease of filing a claim, the quality of the repair shop they sent us to, our claims adjuster, the mechanics and people. at the front desk have all blown me away with their customer service.

Like oh my gosh if your car get wrecked you'll feel lucky if you have a full coverage provider and you work with Nationwide Auto Body. They had our rental ready for us the day we felt convenient, got our car done faster than they estimated, there was snacks, coffee, swag, and all kinds of treats. We got a free keychain and coffee mugs! They were very prompt on getting us an estimate and to my surprise.they even detailed our car. The inside of our car smells amazing and its cleaned in every nook and cranny.they did not have to do any of that but they did. Thank you thank you thank you!

His is an unethical company. I just had work done there where they didn't stick to the quote they gave. The 1st reason I was given was there was a part installed that wasn't on the quote. They couldn't find what that part was. Then they said they painted my quarter panel of my car. Funny, I looked at my car and the scratch that was there hasn't been touched, how should one think they painted it?

This all resulted because the insurance company of the person who hit my car wrote an estimate. I opted for an independent estimate which came in $100 less than the insurance company. Nationwide insisted on having a copy of the ins co's estimate which is what they wanted to charge me. It took me over an hour, but I finally got the estimated price.

These folks will say anything to get the extra $ and don't seem to have a clue who their customer is. I vow, after all this to make sure everyone realizes that this company does not stand by their estimates - so what are they really worth? I had them threaten to call the police if I didn't leave, I had done nothing wrong except ask that the charges be substantiated.

I refused to leave and asked them to call the police. I heard all kinds of excuses of why he didn't know. Yet this is the guy that was collecting the money. He said I needed to come back tomorrow. Like someone was going to be there then when they weren't there at the same time today. He finally had to get someone on the phone who I had to reiterate my entire story to and they finally said just stand by the estimate. Why should it take this much to get what's fair?
