Mike's Auto Body & Repair

Just wanted to say huge Thanks to everyone in Mike's auto body and repair business, especially to John the owner for taking very good care of my vehicle. I ran over big piece of box on the road and damage the bottom of my car. I was very upset and stressed. I needed emergency care and they got me right away. It was fixed in very timely, friendly, caring manner. I cannot thank you enough and I would recommend this business to anyone.

I am leaving this review because I feel I should. The customer service gals at Mike's were so nice and helpful we were amazed. This is a really nice collision repair shop with talented people working here. It was so convenient and we'll organized, my wife and I weren't even aggravated anymore about the fact our 2021 Kia was hit will parked and unoccupied.

The girls had me fill out paperwork, then ordirectly to Enterprise car rental people, who were already waiting for me. I was able to have my oil changed while the car was having body work done at a great price for full synthetic. Mike introduced himself, and was a genuine man. Very satisfied with this company. The minute you pull into this shop you'll be quite amazed at how clean and professional they are. Mike's auto body made this inconvenience, a pleasure. Mikes auto body did such an incredible job on repairing my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and they are urgent on giving me updates on where my vehicle was in body shop. After AAA had completely failed us, and didn't show up with a tow truck after waiting for 2 hours and being stuck on hold for over an hour, we called Mike's Autobody. Jacob and Ron were both professional and very helpful. They showed up with a tow truck in less than 20 minutes and even helped us get it paid through my AAA service. I would definitely use this company again

We had a car that got hit from the side and caused a lot of damage to the driver's side of the car (Rear door and quarter panel). They were able to get a driver to tow my car to the shop, review all the damage, help deal with the insurance company with getting quick estimates of what it will take to get the car repaired, and keep us in the loop on what is going on.

The car came back looking brand new. They did a fantastic job matching the paint up and taking care of a couple of other requests that I asked for unrelated to the accident. Highly recommend their services.

I was rear ended back in October 2021. I went the Mike's for an estimate. My insurance company recommended this company. we all agreed on the estimate, and explain they had to order the parts. They will call me when they came in. The parts didn't come in when expected and someone from Mike's Auto body called me to say sorry the parts are still on backorder.

They called every month to keep informed until the parts came in. The parts arrived in January 2022 and made arrangement to bring the car in. The car was completed in the time frame they gave me. The job was excellent, and you can't tell where it was repaired. I am very happy

Okay first and foremost I can only rate them 5 out of 5 I wish it went up to 100. Id rate them higher then that if I could, thanks to the man himself he goes by Jim. He is absolutely amazing and is so honest and hardworking as to him and the team that perfected my truck after a broadsided collision it's better then it was and because of this team at Mike's auto body and my main man himself "Jim" you truly are the best and I'm always going through you guys because of Jims honesty and those who worked on my 2008 ford f 150 I can't say it enough to them you made it way better and thank you for putting in the hard work! Always a customer because of this!

After having a woman blow a stop sign and cream into the side of my Challenger my daughter recommended going to Mike's to have it repaired. I met Joe and he walked me through the process and was in touch with me throughout the duration regarding the progress until completion. Not only did he stick to the time frame he promised, the car looked like it was brand new once they completed it. They have a customer in me for life now

I was hit from behind & my insurance told me to go to Mike's. The people I dealt with were very friendly and straightforward. They matched the color on new parts perfectly & did a great paint job. The back end of my car looked brand new. The only problem I had was the rear windshield wiper was put on backwards.but they fixed it quickly & were very apologetic. If you need body work done, I'd highly recommend.

Looks like they are missing a few stars, imagine yourself coming out of the supermarket and seeing your vehicle hit in multiple places. And that was the beginning of an unbelievable experience professionalism is putting it mildly. Start to finish a seamless and painless journey. One day after making my claim I was at Mike's for claim evaluation, after that they took custody of the truck and told me it would take about a week and that they will email me with updates.

Then I was taken 100 feet away to enterprise car rental where they had a vehicle waiting for me. From start to finish only took less than 30 minutes. And the work that was performed on my vehicle nothing less than phenomenal excellent workmanship. With quality staff providing a great atmosphere.
