Not Recommend! My car runs terribly bad ever since I took it in for an oil change. Exceeded over $800+ he is a rip off mechanic.

Randy was honest and straight forward about replacing my daughter's clutch. Pricing was reasonable and the car shifts perfectly now.

I highly recommend this transmission place. I had a serious problem with my truck, not shifting in to all the gears properly. Kept me informed through out repair, also found the original problem that made my transmission deteriorate

Randy was great! He was able to get our truck repaired during the very busy holiday time. He communicated with me through the whole process, no surprises with the cost. I would highly recommend this shop!

The linkage cable on my Tahoe snapped when I was out with my kids. I couldn't shift my car into gear to put it in drive, very scary and completely panicked. I mapped auto shops near by so AAA could tow my car. I'm so happy in the choice I made! I was terrified I'd have to replace my engine. Randy and the guys at Shiftrite assessed my car for free as soon as it came in.

The turnaround time was unmatched! My car was ready to be picked up that same evening! I didn't need a new engine at all and the cost to be fixed was more than fair from what I researched. I thought I'd have to get a rental to accommodate our family schedules, but thanks to Shiftrite I didn't have to. Thank you SO much for taking care of us! We will be repeat customers :

This shop is a total ripoff! Customers beware. Plz. read reviews on this shop. I cannot believe Randy is still in business for basically ripping money off from customers and not providing satisfactory work. IMO. I do believe in Carma, and wouldn't want to be in his shoes.

Buyer beware! Cost of my transmission repairs exceeded $5000. Randy up-sold me. 1000's more than expected. Had to have a rental for 33 days @ $37/DAY. What? GET IT IN WRITING PRICE AND TIME AND HOLD HIS FEET TO THE FIRE TO DELIVER AT PRICE & TIME QUOTED. I will not use this place again for service. Watch out!

These guys stated that my transmission was shot and charged me 2500$ to repair. I brought the truck in claiming that the truck jumped in and out of over drive. Attached is the absolutely jank work they apparently did. Some of these "repairs" aren't even associated with the repair I asked for. My own mechanic has attested to the trash work they did on my vehicle.

When I told the people at shiftrite that they did not even fix my issue, they passed me off to someone else. No refund. At best incompetence, at worst outright sheisters. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR/TRUCK THERE.

Randy and his guys did great work on my car. My alternator went out and my car was ready in less than 24 hours. Randy was straightforward with the price. I would recommend ShiftRite.
