My new-to-me Shadow Aero 750 obtained from a friend needed to go in for a tune-up (maybe more?). I decided to give it the princess treatment, and called P&M, who I was familiar with from a vehicle related AAA call, to get information about a motorcycle tow. Was given great information and a great price. So a few weeks later, when it was time, I called and they sent someone out shortly. Omar was awesome.

I was nervous, as I'd never had a bike towed and the last time, may years ago, that I loaded a bike on a trailer let's just say it was rather traumatic, although it was successful. This was easy peasy, the equipment they use makes the job easy. Omar explained what was going to happen, worked slowly and methodically, and we had a great deal of laughter and conversation along the way.

Involved me in the loading, and got it to the destination in no time. So thankful for P&M, and while I don't hope to need ya again soon, Omar, I will be happier if/when I do. :) All my interactions with P&M have been great.

Have lived on LANCASTER since 1980 and have made use of this place many times. They have jump started my car many more times than I care to remember. AMANDA is a lovely gal and very nice. Sorry, guys, she is taken. I have had good luck most of the time when taking my car over there to check it out. Usually, friendly and efficient service. One time though a mechanic found a ton of things wrong which would cost some $800, I took my car to another trusted mechanic, told him what I was told and his verdict a few hours later than absolutely nothing was wrong, just a filter needing blown out. So, even a good place can have those mechanics. Otherwise, 4.5 stars for an old favorite. They are a AAA place and possess this really neat jump starting machine with lots of power. Try it, you'll like it.

We used P&M through AAA. Had an issue with our car and was pretty sure we needed a tow to the shop. Cody from P&M came first and was super quick to get here and trouble shoot. Fixed the issue but recommended we call out for a battery truck. Aaron came next and arrived WAY faster than the original quoted time through AAA. He was quick to find the problem and replaced the battery for us all in less than 45 minutes! Both Cody and Aaron were super friendly and nice to work with.

Travis from P&M Automotive came out to assist me with my battery issue. He was quick to show up and he was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to fully understand in detail, the best that could describe, what I was dealing with. Did everything he could to help me get back on the road safely. I appreciate how professional and helpful he was, and would absolutely recommend to everyone to request his assistance in your time of need. Thank you again Travis for all your help.

Great place to take your vehicle to get worked on. Took my van there a few years ago they fixed it up quick fast and in a hurry. I recently purchased a truck it was acting a little funny so I took it into these guys. Mat in the front office was a huge help, explained everything that needed to be done. They gave me a terrific price and the work is holding up just fine.

I would definitely recommend these mechanics. They know what they're doing, and your vehicle doesn't leave with more problems than when you came in. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I'll continue to be a repeat customer! Thanks again guys!

My car died and sadly jumping it wouldn't work, so I called AAA and was given the estimated time of an hour but thankfully Cody from P&M arrived within 20 minutes! He was super helpful, informative and transparent, which was awesome since I know nothing about cars. Cody was also super personable and made this process a lot more enjoyable, all while replacing my battery.

I was having a hard time leaving a google review, but I hope this makes it to the manager. Mid road-trip, my daughter and I were stranded in Keizer with a dead battery on a cold, rainy day. AAA told me it would be an hour before someone could get to us. Cody showed up in about 15 minutes. He was transparent, informative, NOT condescending or pressuring me to make any decisions about replacing my battery.

He wore his mask even though we were outside, and really just made a bad situation as painless as possible. He showed us the results from the tests he ran before and after, and made sure I understood the warranty on my new battery. Such an efficient and kind person- I felt really well taken care of and was back on the road quickly-feeling good about what should have been a "bad day." Thanks Cody!

Today mh daughter and I got stranded mid road-trip because of a dead battery. I called AAA, and was given an estimated wait time of 1 hour- Cody showed up in 15 minutes. He was so nice, and he really made this a decent experience. He was very transparent and informative and personable! I felt like I learned more about car maintenance during the service.

He wore his mask the whole time even though we were outside, and explained all the tests before and after. I really felt like the car troubles were going to set the tone for our weekend, but Cody really made it easy to move on and have a good day! There was no judgment or condescension in the interaction. Really couldn't have asked for more when having to call for roadside assistance!

Aaron is an exceptional driver and amazingly kind and helpful. Professionalism is much appreciated especially when one is having their car towed. I needed to get my car jumped so I gave AAA a call and ten minutes later Cody from P and M arrived to help me out. He was friendly and quick to work. He ended up replacing the battery in no time and also found out that someone sawed off part of the catalytic converter for precious metals. So exciting. Anyways, I recommend P and M Service: Battery

Completely damaged my brake system, towed the vehicle with the e-brake on. After the issue was presented acted super unprofessional and rude. And blamed it all on me. Stay away from this place. Bill was the guy I had to deal with Service: Car towing

I received a call from the owner of P&M and was pleasantly surprised by the call. In an apparent oversight in the billing department the parts for my Mini were overcharged. The owner apologized for the overcharges and corrected the problem as soon as it came to his attention. I had used P&M in the past and had been pleased. My faith in the integrity of P&M has been restored and look forward to using their services in the future Good for them for being so honest!

I was recommended here. I brought my car in because I noticed a coolant leak and to replace an ignition coil since something was stripped and I couldn't remove the bolt myself. On a Saturday around noon I got a call saying it would be around $1,200 for everything they found. I said go ahead. First thing in the morning Monday morning I called the shop(they are closed Sundays) and asked if they could stop what they're doing and that I would pay for any repairs they have done already and parts if need be.

Instead the technician was insistent that I let them do the work and even dropped the price to $1,050 so I reluctantly said go ahead. A few days later I picked up my car after work and that drive back home I started having temperature issues. I looked at the paperwork they gave me. I was charged for a coolant flush and refill with Motorcraft Specialty Green coolant (my car takes Specialty Orange).

So I look at my coolant reservoir and there's a mix of orangish/greenish coolant in it. (pictures provided) So I drop my car back off the next day after work(Friday) and get a call Saturday saying it's a thermostat not opening all the way and it's $250 to fix. I told them no and left my car there over there over the weekend. (I replaced my car's thermostat at a different shop in March 2021) Monday morning I call and talk to a man who wasn't there Saturday, so I explain him the story.

He calls me back after noon saying he'll do it for half price, but will refund me if there's still a temperature problem. I get my car back a few days later than expected (got it Thursday of that week) and it seems to be running okay. After a couple days of driving I start having spikes in temperature again, so I bring it back in after work on a Monday evening.

I didn't hear anything from the shop until Thursday morning just to say my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up the technician said they got the temperature to stabilize again and they think it's a faulty degas kit. I was told if I'm still having temperature issues I'll need to replace it and I'll be charged for it. Let me say this. I Wasn't Having Temperature Issues Until P&M Mixed Coolants In My Car!

I still haven't seen or heard about the refund for having to take it back and now my car runs with the radiator fan audible when it wasn't so before taking it in and spending $1000.

Over priced and they don't know anything about diesel engines Took my pickup there for 1 ejector bad and fuel filter bad they took parts off and told me it would be 5500.00 to fix and I got my pickup back with parts in the seat and not running nite I refused the repair because 2 other shops in Salem was 300.00 and 400.00 and they are not veterans friendly This pickup was for a veteran to help him out and got back in worse than I took it in and they burned up the starter trying to fix it I think and with only 1 battery

Five stars to Jennifer for her help! She went above and beyond to get a tow truck out to our daughter, stuck on the side of a dark and scary highway at 2:00am! Our daughter's roadside assistance was not able to get her help for the past three hours and we (out-of-state parents) could no longer wait! I called Jennifer and with the help of Omar they took care of everything for us very quickly! Thanks again, your caring was very much appreciated!

My engine was leaking oil everywhere. I called P&M Auto and spoke to Jason. He told me to come down right away when other auto repair shops wouldn't see me for 6 weeks. Jason asked me what i was looking to do. I wanted a crate engine installed. We agreed on a price and shook on it. He had my truck for less than two weeks, including shipping time.

I stopped in a couple days before it was set to be returned. Jason walked me to the truck and showed me the progress. Two days later a received the keys and drove off happy. The engine has been running great. Jason provided service that is rare these days. He is a man of his word. No up sells, no fear mongering, no lies. I would send my grandma to Jason. I highly recommend P&M Auto. Ask for Jason. Good guy.

Travis at P&M showed up about 45 minutes before the AAA team member said anyone would be there and was extremely helpful with testing the battery, jump starting my car and eventually towing it to the shop. He was also very knowledgeable of the auto shops in the area as well. I absolutely trust P&M to take care of any towing needs in the future.

I was in a accident and out on back roads. Omar came out even in the storm. He pulled my car down off the tree that the car was on top of. He did a great job taking care of the car even though the car was badly damaged.

Cody came to my rescue to replace my dead battery. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me thorough explanations and reset my clock, windows etc after replacing the battery. Excellent and timely service.

They were amazing! Cody came out quickly and got my flat changed in no time. He was very efficient and professional. I called around to some other places first--BC Towing, Mike's Auto Repair and waited for over an hour without anybody ever showing up. Highly recommended P&M Auto.

Moved from Alaska, car had been neglected on maintenance, and driven down the Alcan. Went to P&M for their comprehensive inspection, and was given a detailed list of all the items that needed attention. Henry was really great at explaining the critical issues, giving good estimates, and working with my budget situation. Now my car is running good again, critical issues are fixed, and they earned a loyal customer. I am really confident with P&M, my car will be running great for a long time to come.

Could not be more thankful for everyone's help today at P&M Automotive! With the COVID-19 lockdown and such, my battery died in my Sentra. I thought, when my car wouldn't start, that it was going to be much worse than a dead battery! Everyone I interacted with was nice, caring, and efficient! They were extremely accommodating, and got us on our way with a new battery. Even made sure to top off fluids and replace some lights I had out! Will certainly come back for all of our future vehicle needs! #customerforlife

Dead battery! Call to AAA sent out Cody of P&M Automotive. He arrived earlier than expected and dazzled me with his expertIce, work, and professionalism. He explained everything as he ran diagnostics, determined the battery was needing replacement, installed a new battery, explained the warranty, and answered all questions in a very knowledgeable and polite way. I could have UPDATED my review but I choose to delete and re do. I expected to pay $245 to walk out with my car today. Towed across the street.per contract and the way of the towing caused the cost. because the actual TOW rate is like $40 the first 5 miles. or whatever. don't quote me on that, what threw me off going in at 1030 am first business day of the year is to find they quote me $385 to walk out with my car, i was incensed at the $245 I WAS quoted from P&M the day prior, but $385 threw me overboard.new statue revision apparently to the law states that they MUST file the lien within 72 business hours. THIS costs. APPARENTLY when they came in after opening today being the first business day for them of the year. they decided get right on top of that. because by the time i walked in they claimed to have already incurred the fee and have already sent the letter of lien to me. and were asking $385 (again to tow across the street which. they lawfully cant just push it in gate so again not their fault, but still BOGUS.) P & M got my return visit hours later and they provided me proof of said revision to law because the web is incorrect, and so is siri which will tell you they have to ALLOW YOU 72 HOURS PRIOR to filing a lien - i am including this with review. to help any in future who feel shafted like I did. Thankful to P&M for doing what they can to ameliorate the situation and though my feeling remain the same business side for repair on vehicle and my families long standing history with them, I am impressed with how they decided to handle the overall outcome of this specific experience.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Matt is fantastic, knows his stuff, is professional (without any hard sell) and courteous, pleasure to do business with. Billy (#623) tow truck driver is of the same ilk-- reliable, professional, courteous and efficient. This place know how to hire the right staff, knows how to hire staff who know their stuff and go out of their way to make doing business with them a pleasurable experience. Two thumbs up guys (and gals). As an aside-- owners of P. & M. Auto, make sure you do everything you must do in order to keep this team; they are fantastic!

The service tech that came was very knowledgeable about how to maintain my computer and electronics on without the battery being connected as he was changing the battery, so cool! Thank you Christian

Car battery died and needed a new one. Very quick response from this company, arrived in 10 minutes. Cody was really nice and helpful. He installed the battery very quickly! I highly recommend this company! Thanks Cody!

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Absolutely a nightmare to speak with over the phone. Multiple incompetent drivers (that will need your help to ever put your spare tire on). Not a single employee working here is trained in any kind of customer service whatsoever. I called aaa for a TOW, the driver came out and changed my flat tire to my spare (which is also flat) and much smaller than the rest and said "I'll be right back" and he took off!

I received a $45 fee from the place I was going to get tires at for missing my appointment and now don't have a vehicle to get to work tomorrow. THIS IS A LOW DOWN, TERRIBLE, INCOMPETENT, RUDE, AWFUL PLACE TO RECEIVE ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM.
