My company sent me in here to get a bad brake can replaced. I walked in the back door and the shop was full of trucks. I said to myself I'm going to be here awhile. It was noon so I figured lunch time. Bob said get to you right after lunch. Well right after lunch a mechanic came out in the rain and replaced my brake can in the rain and mud. At a fair price. Very friendly people. I highly recommend AMC.

We were evacuating our home because of wildfires and one of our tires blew. A man who works there was just closing and walking out to his truck when he saw us pull over. He asked us what was wrong and if he could help, we explained our situation and he opened the gates out back and help us replace our tire! We have referred to him as a saint in conversations because of what he did. We are truly grateful for the people who work here! Thank you all so much!

SAFETY WARNING! Recently I took my motor coach to AMC for some front suspension work that should have taken less than a day total. It sat there for nearly two months. First was the delay in getting into their service bay because they were 'busy'. The service manager didn't believe me when I told them what type of front end it has which caused more delay.

I ended up having to research the chassis configuration and identify the parts it needed, purchase them on line and deliver the parts to the shop. All of this took me many hours of my time. The repairs involved removing the front torque arm leaf springs and replacing a set of rubber/steel bushings ($65 for parts). The total repair bill was $1,407.00 Three weeks after picking up the vehicle after an 1,800 mile trip, while having the wheels aligned, I was informed that the axle mounting bolts on the right side were loose and the axle had shifted because the axle mounting bolts had not been correctly tightened upon reinstallation.

Now the steering wheel can't be centered and the alignment work will cost more because of the extra work needed. Additionally, the staff at AMC were taking no COVID precautions and it was nearly impossible to get the service manager Bob to return my calls when I wanted an update. This outfit really needs to up their game. Legal action may well follow.

They charged me $400 to install 2 headlights after they told me it would take 2hrs. When I left my radiator had a leak. It wasn't leaking when I pulled in. They are RIP offs and conniving.

Was pulling a 30' camper and lost my passenger side front wheel hub. Luckily these folks hooked us up! They went put of their way to make the day better and we only lost a day!

I was going to fix some problems on my truck but after carefully reviewing other reviews I decided to look other way. if you read this message you might wanna do the same like me.

This place of business is ran by the most cantankerous, verbally abusive man that I have ever had the displeasure of coming across, Bob has called me a mother****** countless times, thrown hissy fits over the most ridiculous and meaningless issues, and is well on his way to getting himself and the owners of highway specialties and AMC fleet services sued! This is by far the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of working for.

These guys are rip-offs! The charged me 2,700.00 for s fan clutch repair that should have costs 1,100.00. I had no choice but to pay them to get my truck back! The never communicated any of the cost to me when I called to check on my truck! Do not use them.

It's important to find businesses that you can trust especially when needing your vehicle repaired. I have to say AMC Fleet Services is one of those companies. They let you know what you'll need to keep an eye on that may need attention in the near future and they recommend what's needed in the immediate. There's never pressure and they get the job done in the time they commit to. This is an A++ rated business in my book! Keep up the great work guys!

I am a manager at a parts department locally. I called AMC in the morning because a friend that was on his way back in their fire engine from the fires in California had air brake issues off I5 near Woodburn. I explained to AMC what was going and they were quick to respond. Tosh was the tect. that arrived and was friendly and willing to help from the get go. Tosh got the air brakes fixed on the engine and also explained the system to us as well as showed us why it failed. They treated us fairly and were great to work with. The group at AMC will not disappoint. Thank you from the Fire Department and myself for a great job.

During my 4-hour trip on I-5, I started having problems with my truck when I pulled off in Brooks, OR I noticed this truck repair shop (perfect timing). They were FABULOUS! Hooked up my truck to their machine to assess and see what the problem was. apparently the computer in the truck thought I was pulling a trailer therefore there was an overdrive malfunction.

They identified the problem in 15 minutes and got me on my way shortly thereafter. A special Thank You to owner, Mike and mechanic, Tosh for providing excellent customer service. I thought you were a mirage when I first pulled off at that exit but now I know you're the real deal. Many, many thanks to you both! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

One of the most honest shops I have been to for a while. If I lived in the area it would b my regular shop. Thanks again to the great service and help with my truck.

These guys do great work, always work me in with last minute requests and finish on time. What more could you want out of a mechanic?
