Wow what efficiency! I reached out to him to get a quote before business hours and he responded right away. This was Saturday morning and by the end of the day it was done! I was so worried I wasn't going to have a car all week. Thank you! Thank you! Back story: parked in SF for work and got my back trunk glass smashed. I was so sad and mad! Drove to Tesla and they were not available till June 30 (14 days!) Marin Auto Glass did it the next day!

I have an old Chevy and a broken back door window. They got the glass in 2 days. Did a great job replacing the window in a short amount of time.

After Safelite warned me that the frame around my windshield might have rust and if they removed the windshield and it was rusty, they wouldn't be able to replace the window, they recommended that I try All Star Glass, another chain. When I mentioned this to All Star, they refused to even let me schedule an appointment for them to take a look.

They said I needed to take it to a body shop and have them remove the glass and perform any repairs. I then turned to Marin Auto Glass and I'm glad I did. They had a same-day appointment. I brought the car to the shop in Novato and they got to work right away. I was able to use the internet in their waiting area while they worked. The job was done in about an hour, as promised, and they took care of billing my insurance with no hassle. They said there was no rust and no problems. I know where I'll be going next time I need auto glass replacement!

They responded quickly with an estimate, scheduled me a few days out, were on time for the appointment, and had me out of there in an hour. Even good current magazines to read while waiting. Very courteous and efficient people. What's not to like?

Parking in downtown San Francisco sucks. Hide your stuff or better, empty your car before someone else does. But if you're so unfortunate as to have a window (or two) smashed go straight to Marin Auto Glass. 1) Fast service 2) Reasonable price. 3) Pleasant people.

I can't say enough nice things about Said and his team at Marin Auto Glass! The customer service and installation of a new windshield for my Volvo XC 90 was top-notch. Even if your insurance says the shop isn't "listed as a glass partner" ask for them to submit a work referral. Said approved the order immediately and the work was done within hours.a frustrating situation with the best possible outcome!

These guys were awesome! They were able to get my right door window fixed within 2 hours and pricing was more competitive than with Safelite. They even have someone to speak to over the phone versus Safelite, who you can never get ahold of a person on any phone line. My window was smashed in the city came back to Novato and didn't know what to do but saw this place had great ratings I was afraid to drive it so they came and picked up my car, replaced the window and brought my car back all within two hours amazing! They are Courteous polite I would highly recommend this place for any kind of glass problem you have since there's been so many window smashing lately

I had an extremely positive experience with Marin Auto Glass when the windshield in my Mazda MX-5 mysteriously cracked overnight. They were able to get me in right away and did a professional, efficient, and affordable job replacing the windshield, including going the extra step of taking the car to the Mazda dealership to assist with an issue recalibrating the review mirror.

They also were exceedingly patient with me when I got anxious after doing the equivalent of googling too much about a health concern by reading about all the things that could possibly go wrong with the repair on the Mazda forums online! Highly recommended. :-

Answered the phone and worked directly with the dealership to order glass and followed up promptly as soon as they received it. They did the work same day. Called Safelite but can't reach shop and customer service would not look up if glass available. No one called back and takes the an hour to answer. Thanks Marin Auto for coming to the rescue.

My car was broken into a day a go, smashed the whole drivers-side window. Messaged a few places on Yelp and Marin Auto Glass was the first to respond. They were able to give me a quote and an appointment the next day! It was super fast and super cheap! My window is all fixed and works perfectly again, thank you guys so much

Outstanding experience for an unfortunate thing like a shattered windshield. This business is responsive, super professional, efficient, and the best price by far of the 5 quotes I received. Their lobby is comfortable and well stocked with current reading materials, water, and comfortable furniture. I failed to get a name, but the executive assistant at the front desk rocks! She is polite and pleasant and professional and knows her stuff! I was quoted a very reasonable wait time of 2 hours, and they finished in 1. Awesome place!

Definitely recommend! The owner went above and beyond for me. My car was broken into over the thanksgiving holiday and I was left with no sunroof, two missing right side windows. Having a Mercedes vehicle the glass was on back order with no ideal ETA due to COVID-19. The owner went out of his way to purchase the glass elsewhere and performed amazing work! My car looks just like new and I couldn't be any happier. Quick, efficient and great customer service. 10/10!

I called the other day for a quote to get a windshield replaced and got a call back with that within 20 mins. Worked with my insurance to get the ball rolling and the shop called me when they got the order from insurance the next day. What a great shop! Someone smashed the passenger side window of my 2006 Miata (nightmare!). I called several shops near my home in the East Bay, but these guys were the only who could fix it the same day. The front office staff were super nice - my window is fixed and looks great. This is my new car window shop!

In the past year, I've had two windows smashed in. My insurer sent me to Safelite which required a 3-week lead time to come to my home or 1 week if I brought my car in. Neither option was acceptable. Marin Auto Glass was highly referred by my mechanic. They took me right away and did an excellent job for reasonable cost. Very nice people too. I'm very happy and would use them again.but I hope I don't have to.

I just gotta say. Everyone at Marin Auto Glass was so friendly and accommodating to me and my (probably somewhat atypical) window glass situation. I needed my broken windshield replaced on my high-roof Sprinter van. I had been worried about some potential rust around the window seal and what we'd find when my glass came out so I went in there a bit nervous.

I told them my concerns and to grab me to inspect it as soon as the glass came out. Sure enough. there was some rust and damage that needed to be dealt with before putting in the new window. Marin Auto Glass employees were so incredible in accommodating me. They paused the replacement and allowed me to do the rust mitigation on their lot before they resumed the work.

I went in there very worried that we would unearth a lot of damage and I wouldn't be able to address. Damage was discovered but thanks to M.A.G. I was able to do the necessary work so that the whole job was done properly. Thank you Marin Auto Glass!

These guys are great! I had a door window broken out by a thief. My insurance set me up with the big brand name outfit for auto glass in San Rafael, for a week later. When I got there they didn't know what they were supposed to do AND the new window was already broken. My insurance then set me up with Marin Auto Glass and I got a same day appointment.

I rolled in and 40 minutes later I had my new window. Excellent service. These guys really stepped up and got me take care of, the other outfit couldn't have cared less that they tied me up for over a week with no window. Huge difference in attitudes and service.

I called them on Saturday at 11: 30am (they close at 3 p.m.). I had already called several other places closer to my house and they couldn't help me; they said the part department for Audi was closed. However, I spoke with Rebecca at Marin Auto Glass who contacted Audi and they had the window available; she said they could pick it up and get it there the same day.

So I went over there and got there by 12:30pm, by 2pm they had already completed the job which was done very professionally and neatly as if almost nothing had happened before. Thank you for your service! High recommendation: talk to Ray or Said (the owners). Rebecca was great too.

LOVE these guys! Responsive high touch reasonable pricing super fair and fast turnaround. They do what they say they're gonna do and the work is flawless. Just absolutely can't say enough about them. Fixed my Range Rover and Mercedes sedan in literally days when everyone else said it would be weeks. A++++ company!

Did an excellent job replacing the passenger window after a break in. Also replaced a previous repair that had started to rust at no charge. Very helpful.

They replaced the windshield in my high end vehicle and the whole process felt a bit shady even if that wasn't the intent. In summary - they put in aftermarket glass even though I request OEM upfront (which my insurance company approved). After I got the vehicle back, I discovered they put in aftermarket glass, charged me $1k (my deductible) and also engaged my insurance company - I would assume for additional compensation? Importantly, I've had the windshield replaced on this vehicle before (with a provider right down the street) and intentionally went that route (and paid my $1k deductible) so I COULD get an OEM window which my insurance company approved.

If I wanted aftermarket, I would have just had safelite do it for $811.18 but instead I paid a few hundred bucks more to go original which is what I requested when I first engaged and emailed/talked to Ray at Marin Auto Glass. The result is --- I get charged $1k, they put in cheaper aftermarket glass, and my insurance company likely gets a bill from them? Sorry but it just seems wrong.

Same day replacement for 2 glass pieces that were replaced due to break in. Literally got part shipped from San Jose in a couple of hours. Totally recommend!

The folks at Marin Auto Glass were great. Excellent customer service by Rebecca & Syed. My windshield glass replacement only took an hour and I was on my way. They worked seemlessly with my auto insurance company and ordered the factory windshield right away. I highly recommend.

If you are ever in the need of getting your windows or windshield replaced this is the place to go. I was the unfortunate victim of a vehicle vandalism/break in were I had a window in my vehicle broken. I had gotten a quote from a nationwide chain for windshield replacement and then decided to turn to Yelp for help. I found Marin Auto Glass. I contacted Marin Auto glass through their website requesting a quotation on Sunday evening around 10 PM and got a reply back at 1 am Monday morning. WOW I was totally surprised that they responded so quickly.

Since I made the request on a Sunday and they are closed and it being late at night I was not expecting a response until Monday mid-morning or so. That was the deciding factor in addition to the cost to have the repair completed. I contact them Monday morning and setup and appointment for Tuesday, I asked how long the repair would take they said approx 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.

I arrive Tuesday and they were courtesy and efficient with the check-in process and an hour later, my window was repaired and my truck was made whole again. The cost was extremely reasonable and exactly what they quoted me. Should I ever need a window repaired or replaced my first choice will definitely by Marin Auto Glass.
