This place does amazing work! My car looks good as new, so I am very happy. Most importantly, the people here are SO kind and helpful. Trent was so knowledgeable and fast with what needed to be done. The front desk ladies were so nice and definitely made the wait so much more enjoyable. This is what made my experience here the best and not dread taking my car in to be fixed.

As a person that has been in customer service for years, I know you can't make everybody happy! But these people do their job so well and there's no denying that. Thank you guys once again!

These people do not care about their customers. I had to go out of town on Sunday and they called me 30 minutes before the shops closes on Friday to pick up the vehicle. I told them that I am on my and it takes about 30-35 mins to get there. I tried my best to make my way to the shop and arrived at 5:35. At that point, they closed the shop and when I tried to contact the manager, she blocked my phone number.

I had to return the rental car because the insurance is not going to cover since the car is ready. I did not have any means of transportation for a week and had to rely on friends and public transportation. They just created lots of inconvenience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I recently picked up my car at Classic Collision (fka AMM/Procare). At first glance, I was very pleased with the finished with the finished product and already took follow-up pictures to champion the shop for a job well done and even inquiry into repair of a passenger door scratch. And very much appreciated the interior vacuum. I open the driver door to drive away and was met with a mess of a door handle.

I had notified the technician at drop-off the stickiness on the inside of the door handle, so no surprise there. In an attempt to clean, the sticky material was spread all over the door handle with some of the residue also on the floor of the car, and smeared on the steeering wheel. On the pass.side, a chunk of the soft portion of the door handle was taken off.

I understand the cleaning team wouldn't be aware a chemical agent might exacerbate the handle issue, but there was be a blatant lack of care or professionalism in presenting the finished product. I was not informed nor was it left in a respectable state for pick up. When the technician came over he proceeded to tell me "they wouldn't have noticed it" - mind you, or else you have butterfly, scissor or gull wing doors. you need the door handles to exit.

Then it was "well thats how you brought it in".which was completely false because I was the one that showed him and no one can open/close in that condition. Instead of taking action, he asked if I had time. I would have preferred initiative, not questions. So he proceeded to stand there while I cleaned it. And oh! To my surprise, when I open the trunk, I see one of the tools used in fixing my car! Till he walked away, there was not a word of apology or direct action to rectify.

Just 'what would you like to do?'.when in doubt, collaborate w a team member. This wasn't a charity job and $800+ to paint and buy a $100 part is quite a bit to pay for me to now still be part of the process. (Yes, my deductible was only $500, but still). I understand mistakes happen because no one is perfect. But if someone should speak w customers regarding complaints, they should be equipped with the tools best represent this body shop.

I presume the name change might to re-establish a reputation / new management - it's only successful when each member embodies this change / new representation. **and rookie mistake, I cleaned everything (w. the technician watching) before taking pictures. The below is the chunk from the passenger door. Which, frankly, there's nothing I can do but to leave as-is.

This was absolutely the easiest vehicle repair experience we have ever had. The staff was 100% on top of communication, following through with their services and obligations, prompt, and made the entire experience as easy as it gets. They kept me updated via text during the repair process and met every deadline. Our replacement parts were ordered as soon as our estimate was completed, we were told that one part neither take a few additional days, this wasn't the case and our vehicle was repaired 5 days earlier than we were initially told. We have used multiple companies in the Cedar Park/Leander/Liberty Hill area before but will not only be using Classic. I couldn't recommend them enough.

They got the job done! My van was in their shop from October 2021 to March 2022, waiting on parts for replacing the sliding door, rail, and side windows. My case manager ("Estimator"?) Justin was always friendly and my only complaint was that I needed to reach out to him for regular updates. During the wait, I was able to visit the lot and check on my van -- which they had sealed with plastic to prevent dust/leaves/animals etc. from entry. (See photo) When the work was done, we only had to pay the deductible, and the van was clean and working fine.

One of the plastic covers for an interior panel was left in a cupholder, but we were able to return it to covering the wiring of the side window, no problem. Checkout was a little slow, even with our van ready in the front parking lot, as we had a few questions and had to wait to speak to Justin while he was occupied with other work. Happy to have our van back, fairly pristine, and in working condition.

I can excuse NOT working on my vehicle for 4 weeks OR alerting me that there was any issues with it being worked on while I was out of town. What I CAN'T excuse is the fact that they charged me $208.00 for dismantling it before they got word from the ins company what was to be done. THEN on top of that they didn't bother to alert me that THEY DAMAGED and DESTROYED my side door and let me get home to find all this extra damage. They say they will fix it, but I'm still waiting. WHY WAS i CHARGED FOR THEM DISMANTLING MY TRUCK PREMATURELY?

I was skeptical about this place after reading some negative reviews, but after my personal experience, I would highly recommend this place. This was the preferred body shop by Geico after I was hit on the passenger door and tire area. I took the car in on the scheduled day and time and received a rental. Then by the next day, I received a text message that they had the estimate ready.

Then received a phone call the following day that they have started the repairs and then emailed me the approved quote. I was updated every day via Text about the status of the repair, then by Friday afternoon the car was ready! It was only a 5 day turn around! I went Monday and did a walk around with Tristen and left the rental car and drove away. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and I would recommend them!

I had my car in there for over 5 months due to the back log of parts! Brittany did do a good job of communicating with me on the status of the part. I had taken my car in there from the hail storm we had back in April. If they would have called and explained exactly what was going to happen to my roof I would have told them to pass on that. No one sees the roof anyway!

Finally got a text that the part was in and my car would be ready with in the week. However, when asked if they would waive my $500 deductible the week of Christmas they said no! Not even half would they take off! I do understand that the wait was out of their control, but come on that was totally their call as a business which they were very capable of doing!

My insurance had already paid them by this point! I get my car back and because they were in a rush to get it back to me they did a sloppy job. Now I have to find the time to take it back so the can fix it again! I am not a happy customer!

Critical: Professionalism I went to pick up my car on 11-29-21 and AMM lost my 2nd set of keys. Luckily I had on me my other set with me. Here we are at 01-02-22 and I have still not been reimbursed for the lost keys. No communication, follow up etc. Service: Body & Trim

Took my 2016 Challenger here in Leander after hitting 2 deer. Chose AMM per reviews and convience to it being close to home. Car was done quickly which was great until I saw it. Bumper paint is darker and obviously doesn't match, it's very cloudy and thinner in spots, bubbles and smudges in paint through out the whole left side and very noticeable, very obvious over spray on trunk, cut/marked weatherstripping, left a sticker on installed part in the grill very visible, parts not replaced but I was billed, painted parts on car which over spray on all emblems where I cant read now and a huge spot of over spray on my trunk.

They washed car with something that dulled/ misformed stripes and spoiler and rim paint on one side, etc. They also buffed it with something that scratched the clear coat all over the left side. I'm not petty by any means but my car was pristine. Ive taken it back 3 times to allow them to fix each time they over promised. They never fixed the bubbles smudges or mismatch bumper paint and I'm terribly dissatisfied.

I've got pictures to prove, just don't know how to add them to this review. RESPONSE TO RESPONSE BY AMM THAT I CAN NO LONGER SEE- Whomever responded, let it be known prior damage was NEVER mentioned in my review.nor would I have even asked for the two small door dings and scratch on right side of vehicle to be fixed. Thats insurance fraud and, thats unethical. Again, not once was prior damage mentioned above.

The fact that what you did fix was not done properly is clearly what I mentioned. My entire bumper and front end were replaced by you and painted by you, the lower "bracket base" on bumper and the shield were in fact mentioned in the appraisal and were not replaced until I took it back the 2nd time. After mentioning the entire shield broken and original lower bumper "bracket" was on and not replaced.

The left side of my car was painted and buffed by you as well. I will gladly post pics of before and after if you'd like and they are dated, but I do not think that's in your best interest.
