What a relief! I was horrified when my 2009 Toyota Corolla's engine started "seizing" in busy traffic. So I limped into Kellenberger, expecting the worst, like the transmission, or even the engine. But I was amazed when they called to tell me my car was ready to pick up and that they had replaced the ignition coil and spark plugs, along with my regularly scheduled maintenance that I also requested.

This is why I have taken my car to them for about the past 10 years. They listen, they thoroughly analyze the situation, they let me know as soon as they know, they do the work more quickly and less costly than expected, and they honestly care, like family (which they are). "Honestly" is the key word here, because I have been able to trust them for so long a time. Thank you so much, Jack, Dave, Carlton, and Crew!

I needed repair of the diagnostic plug. I had taken the car to get the state emissions test but the tech there had trouble with the plug and couldn't run the test. I brought it to Kellenberger Auto and they were able to repair it quickly. Great job! Thank you for your help.

I just started going to Kellenberger's and they have done several jobs on mine and my son's car. I won't go anywhere else. Honestly, I think the "job" they did for me that caused me to write this review was they had just done whatever work, and the next day was the 1st really COLD day. I knew I would have to put air in my tires. They were SO thorough or thoughtful they filled the tires and I didn't have to freeze my fingers to fill.

Replaced front driver side control arm at 63,000 miles on a car rarely driven, said ball joint at 80,000 miles has already failed. This part, of course; is long out of warranty; but should almost never require replacement. Invoice 31222 Edited for response by owner, thank you for the prompt reply; I shall be calling soon.

I'm all in support of small business, I've been taking all my vehicles here a few years now. Lately it seems like they've been taking advantage of my trust. I was quoted $1100 for a 100 k mile service, when I picked my car up, the bill was over $1200. No one called to get approval from me for this change in cost! When you lose trust in a business, it is hard to win that trust back!
