This was my first time using Auto Body Clinic in Billerica, MA. Such a completely and refreshingly positive experience. Everyone was super helpful and NICE! The cost for the repairs was way below what I expected as I was paying for the repairs out of my own pocket. The repairs were completed so quickly and I left completely satisfied with a smile on my face!

ABC was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They provided me with a realistic timeline for receiving parts and the body restoration process. Additionally, they reserved a rental car and had it waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was it repaired but my vehicle was washed and the interior was vacuumed. Grade A customer service!

Teaching a teenage driver is stressful but when my daughter took my passenger side mirror off with our garage it got even more intense. I have just moved to Massachusetts and didn't know where to get body repair done. I found The Auto Body Clinic in Billerica and it was a wonderful experience. The price estimate was quick, fair, and thorough. I was able to order and pay for my new mirror remotely.
When the part was ready, they installed it within an hour. They are kind, courteous, and professional. I will go there again for any body work needed and recommend their services to everyone. Thank you for fixing my car!

I really don't know how to start this. OMG! I'm so impressed and happy that I picked out between Auto Body and Ford Dealership to fix my 2021 Subaru Ascent. They are soooooo nice, patience with you and VERY welcoming. The BEST part about them they always call you to let know about the status of your car. Body repairs following an accident. All of the paperwork with the insurance company (Mapfre) was hassle-free. Amount paid was the amount expected and the car was ready within a couple of days of dropping off. Service coordinator Kerry was friendly and stayed in touch. Would definitely use again. Excellent service! My brand new car was sideswiped by someone in a parking lot (Thankfully they stayed behind and gave us their info). The woman at the office who set everything up was awesome - had my rental all set up and had hertz there ready for me with a comparable vehicle ready when I arrived, and assured me my car would be sent to the shop ASAP (they receive your car at their office and send to one of their nearby shops). Took care of everything with my insurance.
I didn't have to do a thing besides file a claim and drop my car off. They called me a week later and it was all set! My car was returned to me completely repaired (new bumper, and side panel) looking brand new in exactly a week. I am so impressed- this place didn't have many reviews online but each one was 5 stars - and they deserve it. So easy and convenient. Great experience all around.

I would like to thank the complete auto body clinic staff on the magnificent job they did on my daughters car. they used their expertise on saving the vehicle from being totaled with a reasonable and fair estimate the insurance could work with. the vehicle was restored to its pre-accident condition in a timely manner and with no car rental hassle. thank you guys! this team is awesome;-
