This team really makes it happen for anyone looking to trade-in or just buying a new Volkswagen! Worked with Ron (sales) he was a great help and there was never any pressure in buying my new Atlas Cross Sport very friendly and professional! Will is WONDERFUL! He remembered me when I came back to follow up from the first appointment, followed through on getting the indicator warning turned off, and was exactly on point with his estimation of how long it would take. He explained things and was very patient with me as a first-time Volkswagen owner. Plus, the warranty on parts is truly impressive. It is a drive for me to come up to Savannah (almost 2 hours), but I will be bringing my car up here because of the outstanding service.

While on a trip, I discovered a screw protruding from a front tire on my VW Atlas. The wheels had locking lug nuts, I did not have the key. I called the service department. Will was very helpful. He explained what I should do. I was able to drive to the dealership. Will took it from there. He was able to get me back on the road quickly & inexpensively. He also gave me some good advice about my tires. My wife and I were very appreciative of his professionalism and demeanor. Thank you!

Watch out for extreme price haggling stage at the financial office. Buyer beware on the warranty service. I don't think it worth my time at all. The financial officer couldn't do value selling. He only made uncomfortable push sales and hid the facts on Volkswagen's warranty and maintenance services. 1. He tried to sell a oil changing service and can't answer whats the recommended oil change mileage from Volkswagen.

Its 10,000 miles. If you do the calculation on the quantities of the service and mileage expiration, you will know its not worth it. 2. He pushed really hard on the wear and tear service. He cut the price three times before I was annoyed enough to leave the office.

Our salesman Brian was very intensive and he respected our time and provided us with a world-class experience. Brad the manager, and Sean the finance manager, both were very respectful of our needs and did not try to make us do anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend AutoNation Volkswagen to anybody in the market for a newer used vehicle.

I was reluctant to purchase a new vehicle from a dealership - but was blown away by the entire process. I had a very bad experience with carvana and went to the dealership to see what my options were. Ended up buying a new car and it arrived quicker than expected and is even better than I imagined. The entire team (sales, manager, financing) was so nice and wonderful to work with. They made everything very easy - cannot recommend enough.

It was my first time going to the establishment. I walked in and was greeted by a staff member at the desk. He was nice and professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He escorted me to the waiting area that was very clean and comfortable. Once my vehicle was ready he came and got me and walked me to the desk to communicate about my car. The oil change was too expensive I've never paid $134 dollars for a oil change on my car being a older car was not fair.

Since new ownership of the buisness fair prices left with the other company. I'm going to have to think rather I'll be back paying that kinda money for a older vehicle as mine.

Scheduling an appointment was easy to do online. Customer service was friendly and prompt. My 10k maintenance was a quick process. I waited in the Guest Lounge had a cafe machine and comfortable chairs. I will certainly return with my vehicle in the future. My only advice is that for routine oil changes or maintenance (replacing oil filters and simple things of that sort) it would be cost effective to purchase the parts and oil yourself and do the maintenance. You will save $70-$90 in labor fees.

Service was okay, not sure the team member remembered I was in the waiting room. Waited over 4 hours for them to tell me it was a dead battery. They fixed the problem quickly afterwards. Cellular reception poor in customer waiting area, as after I left the dealership, I received a text message from 2 hours earlier from the service member looking for me. Although, he had visited the waiting area several times speaking with other customers.
